if FG can remember NPA applicant of 2014 and call dem for interview though some of dem refuse to honour bcs dey ave gotten thier dream job already. I will continue to wait as far as d 7 names from my state command are not change.

sorry to say this: most south east states are dubious.......they are 'hand-picking'. They may allow (few) merit, bt it will be hard.
