1. As a director of a growing limited liability company,how best do i legally pay my Personal income tax,is it through PAYE or seperately? i tried paying through the payee with my staff but the state revenue told me i cant pay with the PAYE that it will be deducted seperately.

2. must a company deduct pension from salaries of staff and if yes,how do we remit this.
