Una don come again, Na you say Onyekuru is more intelligent than Mahrez?

Simon and Kalu are bossing it in a bigger league (The league Onyekuru ran away from)

If Onyekuru can't perform at the biggest stage he should wait in line for the big boys to be selected first
Kalu is yet to boss the french league.

Hope you are calling for his call up?

Onyekuru has not stepped up. Simon in particular has stepped up in a tougher league.

Football is not about past exploits. Onyekuru ran back to Turkey at the first hint of challenges in France.
Monaco had a different approach, and Onyekuru was soon to adapt, A coach was trying to save his own career, and will not be patient, but opted to involve Slimani and Yedder who are more familiar with his model. If you were Onyekuru, what will you do? His injury was also a setback. Onyekuru even now is more prolific.

Onyekuru dts not playing @ d moment is ur best LW? Even when he was playing he couldn't bench d aforementioned players...d guy is just dere ,nothing special abt him undecided
Onyekuru towers above Simon and Kalu. Maybe you are not aware of his stints and stunts in the Belgian and Turkish league respectively. Where were Simon and Kalu when Onyekuru emerged joint top scorer in the same Belgium league, playing for a even a less fancied club. Onyekuru was a household name in Belgium, if you do not know, everyone hankers to watch him. He (Onyekuru) has the finishing, the speed, the skill and the intelligence. Onyekuru could have done more in Turkey If his handlers weren't experimenting with him.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Meliforme: 11:06am On Jan 26, 2020
As it stands, Onyekuru is the best LW that we have, but Rohr wants him to play second fiddle to Chukwueze on the right, while pushing his favourites to the left who are not as good as him (Onyekuru). Why is Rohr finding it difficult to play a trident of Onyekuru, Osimhen and Chukwueze, the trio we have been asking him to play since the last Afcon.

TheGoodJoe:
With Iheanacho about to get a run of games due to the sad injury of the Leicester City top scoring hitman, Jamie Vardy, there is a significant improvement I want to see in Iheanacho’s play.

In the last games, I noticed some wrong decisions in his direction of attack when his team were on the offensive.

His decision to run into tight areas, expecting his team mates to send the ball to those areas is wrong. It will not work and most times, his team mates choose other options than passing the ball to him.

Nacho needs to master the use of pockets of spaces in the opponents box while playing. Firmino is an expert in this. You will also see this in Aguero and Gabriel Jesus when De Bruyne sends some of his trademark curling passes.

Iheanacho needs to think more as a creative midfielder than a striker when he is there. Fall into spaces, use his brilliant passing ability to find his creative players in space.

Also, this will give him the opportunity to shoot at goal from a distance when in space. Very few forwards have his skill set of shooting from far and needs to work with spaces to shoot more often.
TheGoodmind, you are the best analyst I have seen so far on this thread. Your insistence that Iheanacho will regain his mojo, is a showmanship of your acuity and precision in analysis. You are the best. You deserve it.

Did you not see their show of intelligence in the last match we had with Algeria, just that Mahrez had a sudden change of mind. Onyekuru is very intelligent, and we shall all one day come to the same reckoning.

Onyekuru needs all the love he can get now to give him momentum to kick back his career. A familiar ground and love will do him a whole lot of good.

This is to get his groove back. If he has a good loan, he can calculate his next move for growth.
This is why I like the TheGoodJoe.

He has depth.

Etebo's absence remains the reason for the manner at which we concede goals.

He is the missing link. He has improved a lot in his game. He should be ahead in the pecking order, followed closely by Ramon Azeez and then Aribo. Aribo is a decent player no doubt.

Omeruo and Balogun are still our best defenders. They bring a lot of maturity and stability.

I pray, Onyekuru to get more game time in Monaco. He is the Super Eagles winger with the highest rating according to FIFA 2020 player evaluation. He is rated 78, followed closely by Chukwueze with a grading of 76. Samuel Kalu is rated 75. Please, if you are a lover of Onyekuru, you can join me in this fervent prayer.

I don't think so.

A lot of our wingers may not progress to higher levels of football because thier end product is very poor.

Dribbles without end product is just huffing and puffing. Our wingers struggle to put in a basic cross consistently. Then decision making in the last third is poor add to that selfishness.

There it seems is a lack of professionalism so we need better wingers. Musa is still relevant just like i think Victor Moses is till relevant because nobody that's come in is actually clearly better than them.
I miss Victor Moses.

Have you considered his positioning in his team parent and loan.huh??

Finally what is his parent club and why is he not playing thier is it Barcelona or Real or Juventus❓

Because if he was so good why would his parent club send him on loan.

Or because you have seen him it is enough to recommend him. Give us detail with substantive commentary about his unique selling points and attributes.

You use the word highlight but you have not PROVIDED ANY WHATSOEVER beyond he plays for Basaksehir.

With all the accolades and attributes you have declared he has. Then no matter what league he is in he should be the stand out player for club and league.

Please do not make reference to youth glories they are TOTALLY IRRELEVANT.

Now can you give more detail club, league titles won, etc, etc

Please.
I do not need a player to come into limelight before i provide a highlight. The qualities listed inter alia are in the comparative with Ndidi, Etebo and Aribo on the scale. Meanwhile, he plays for Istanbul Basaksehir in the Turkish elite league on loan.

No! Indirectly telling you guys i prefer an Azubuike to an Aribo. That is the reason why our midfield colapsed yesterday. Etebo and Aribo aren't the kind of players you can rely on for stability. They are very good with their helter skelter. Please don't misunderstand me, but you can, if you want. Actually, they are the helter skelter kind of players, very good at what in general they are built for. You can't expect them to remain at a place, except when they are tired, this is good, but has its demerits.

Tackles, dribbling and speed are good qualities, but knowing what to do with the ball is another. This is one of the reasons for the midfield colapse we saw yesterday. This why we need Azubuike Okechukwu.

Esiti should be invited, if he is needed. Anyways God bless the brain that made these suggestions.
