I don't know this guy oooo

Anyways, I feel there are better GKs. Our GK trainers are just lazy.

Mikel should retire after AFCON. And on no account should Rohr take just 4 midfielder to any tourney again. Its too risky. I doubt we have a replacement for wither wtwbo or Ndidi. Joe Aribo should rise to the challenge.
Nnamdi Ofoborh is the real deal. I don't mind Rohr handing him an invitation.

I am begining to appreciate Rohr's mind games. He said SATAFRIKANS were the favourites to win, but we all saw their passes to Akpeyi on target.

We created chances before Chukwueze came on but were not clinical in front of goal.

We dominated the mildfield in the second half and created chances from the mildfield even before Chukwueze came on. Cameroon needed to bring in DMF to shield the defence because it was exposed long before Chukwueze came on.

Chukwueze only touched the ball twice before the goals were scored. In fact, Chukwueze only didn't create space for Awaziem to cross the ball because Cameroon parked the bus and all Nigerian players were in the box to receive a cross from whosever could. Fortunately, Omeruo passed the ball to Awaziem and he gave the same pass I saw him gave Mikel. That was all.

Chances were created before he came on. The fantastic things he did was after we scored the two goals.
I understand your love for Moses Simon. I love him too.

What was Rohr's aim/reason for making that substitution.

My issue is not whether our attackers are decent or not rather about the aim of that substitution because we barely attacked again as soon as Ighalo left.. or you want to tell me Onuachu is a defensive striker thats why d sub?
Ighalo was spent and needed to be substituted. Onuachu came on to replace tired Ighalo. The coach wanted to protect our lead, as an attacker, Onuachu has more to contribute whenever we are defending, when compared with other options, that is what made him the ideal substitute. Is there anything you did not understand, should i explain more?

They should kuku convert him to a defender na
Pay good attention to Onuachu, follow some of his games. Onuachu is handful offensively. All the CF's Rohr took to the AFCON, are very decent on their day.

congrats to the team but still Rohr no get sense..

What was the purpose of that Ighalo's sub?
Of all the strikers, Onuachu makes the greatest contribution to the defense.

First of all I don't think Rohr has done badly he may not be adventurous.

But let's be honest do we have any real top players in our team, none of our strikers are game changers.

Considering the players available to Rohr he has done well. I don't think the inclusion of Osimhen and or Onyekuru would have made any major difference.

I am sure the coaching team have seen the players in training and used that to make thier selection.
Onyekuru is a real top player, he handed Galatasaray the league cup, maybe because he wanted champions league football next season. Onyekuru is very ambitious. Which of our wingers are with the kind of raves Onyekuru and Chukwueze are generating. Football is not all about gra gra and workrate, there should be sense, good positioning and the right movement. These are some of the things Onyekuru brings to his play.

Iwobi doesn't seem like a player that wants to improve.

He is getting carried away by the fact that he plays in Arsenal and all the Nigerian hype and PR associated with it.

See him featuring in unnecessary adverts when his game is average at best.

Reality will soon dawn on him when a better player comes into arsenal and starts benching him regularly and the same thing happens in the Nigerian team.

Make we dey see. I said it here first
You said Iwobi doesn't look like a player that wants to improve, but his stats, reads a different story.

What did Kalu do with his skills when the game was open?

How much more when the Madagascans parked the bus?

Chukwueze and Onyekuru can't thrive in Park the bus situation because the thrive with space afforded them
I follow Onyekuru's games in the Turkish league. Onyekuru's tricks and style of play enables him to score even in tight spaces. Ask me how.

In this game after they scored two goals and parked the bus Onyekuru and Chukwueze can't do anything because they closed the space for them to operate.

You need a player that can hold the ball and pass.
No you need a player who he is an opportunist, a player with good positional sense, a player who can sneak in unnoticed and score. You saw what Onyekuru did against seychelles.

I have it before and i will say it again. Onyekuru, Iwobi and Chukwueze are the finest wingers in the current fold. Believe me, Onyekuru can win you a match. I wonder why Rohr behaves this way.

It will be difficult for our darling Super Eagles to beat any opposition on that Asaba pitch. We rely so much on wing-play. The pitch layout does not allow good wing-play. Our widermen needs width to draw out the opposition defense. Any opposition coming to defend against us with good zonal marking strategy can keep a clean slate, as they do not need to do much to clip our forays. To defeat any team on that pitch, we should retain the ball in our own half to draw them foward and then release long balls to pacy fowards with good finishing skills.

Ofoborh was one of the brightest spots against Ukraine. In the next few years, he could be a super eagles player.

Those under 17 midfielders still play like amateurs. Especially the number 14, Olaniyan.
As it stands, Ofoborh is one of the brightest prospects in that crop of players followed by Chinonso Emeka.

Bashiru may appear to be the brightest because we are yet to see him (Ofoborh) play. A single player, can turn the tides.

Simple and clear

No be mancity wey mahrez dey struggle for game time ?

Which of our wingers get mahrez quality ?
If Onyekuru happens to be a player at Man City, he will be ahead of Mahrez in the pecking order. Onyekuru trumps over Mahrez in speed and finishing.
