hello I am a doctor...there are some level of verbal /potentially physical insult /assault that will make me refuse to attend to a person or the person's dependant ..... I can't allow a patient or patients relative treat my anyhow or insult me.....never ... Doctors are human too.... but then I try to tolerate patient and their relatives...I do my best to accommodate patient and their their relatives shortcomings/attitude....... BUT if you pass your BOUNDARY I will defend myself in everyway... but we need to listen to both side before judging ..no one has heard the doctor's side
