Is there anything wrong in asking or giving for God's work?
These ogas sha. At least he didn't direct it to you in particular. Like say una dey give before. sad
Maybe na same thoughts Agba has.
He made a post on a platform and it doesn't have to be directed to me before I will respond.

You dey inside my pocket to know say I no dey give before? What inputs does he have in that man's investment to be looking for partnership?

Those that booked looses, has he gone to partner with them to alleviate their losses?

Why did you abandon the market for 10 solid years.

You will need to sell some of the dead stocks in your portfolio and then have a weekly or monthly investment plan.
Na you go buy the dead stocks from am?

Hello house

This is my portfolio 10 years ago, I abandoned it for the last 10 years. I will like to start aggressively growing it
The goal is to at least start earning decent dividends (700k-2m per year) in the next 12 months. And also a bit of growth as well.

One question though, what happened to Nigerian Breweries, it was trading like #160 back then

Will appreciate any advice
Your present portfolio valuation is barely N1m (give or take) and you want to start earning at least 700k in dividends within 12 months? This is still possible but be prepared to invest an additional 6m-8m for that to happen.

BTW, life and Nigeria happened to Nigerian Breweries!

I guess FO needs the money to buy shares in another company.

My guess would be UBA.

As i have been seeing unusual volumes being traded since Monday.

If FO is able to buy up to 40% of UBA, that would be a serious problem for TE.

Just a guesswork.

Do your due diligence, please.
TOE just increased his stake in UBA by 70m units. So you might be right but I doubt FO will be coming for any of TOE's entities anytime soon for a similar thing he did in Transcorp. He might chill out a bit first.

Na you wake up go begin find OGG trouble, calling Caverton a 20 Kobo stock.

And as if that wasn't enough, you went for an "oracle" as well.

You may as well have answered the guy. He was asking if the (T-3 rule) applies to withdrawals. grin
One stone, two birds!
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mendes911:
ositadima1:
To my understanding, your funds should be ready for withdrawal immediately after you sell, depending on how fast your broker processes transactions. The (T+3) refers to the days it takes for your stock to be registered or deregistered on the CSCS ledger.
Funds are never ready for withdrawal immediately after sales, it takes a couple of days to clear. For an additional fee though, most brokers can credit your account even when the funds are yet to get credited to them. Also, some brokers do allow their clients to trade with the proceeds of funds immediately after a sell has gone through.

You really do not know the intrinsic values inherent in this stock, yet to be scratched nor tapped.

Yet another OFF MARKET deal in TRANSCORP.

A total of 131,897,297 units of TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATION PLC were done as OFF MARKET trade today May 2, 2023 at N3.12 in one deal.

The transaction was a negotiated deal with UNITED CAPITAL SECURITIES LIMITED as BUYER and APT SECURITIES & FUNDS LTD as SELLER.

It is well
Do you still truly believe this off market trade details? Why would this BUYER pay N3.12 for units that were readily available at a discounted price on the floor? Does it add up? That's why I said it's never what it seems with these cowboys!

Otedola sold his shares at N12 so I take it that is the true value of Tranacorp shares if not for Tony's wickedness.
Tony should come and clear the whole offers at 2.81 or Otedola should buy back at present offer of 2.81 since that's a huge discount to what he sold his own shares. You suppose shine eye dey follow these cowboys. It's never what it seems!

The might have annualised the one for 2022. The 2023 eps is a huge imprvement on that of last year. Last year was 163k
They quoted Restated Group result for December 2021 as Group March 2022. Wondering why they used the exact figure even if they are projecting it as annualized for 2023!

The stock is near its all time low, what more can possibly go wrong? Do you want a stock that has a book value of 5 naira be valued for 2 kobo? You wan thief am?
Ok. Since you still have failed to understand what led to this, let me come clean a bit.

You stated that Caverton's EPS is 27k and if they eventually do a 75% payout, that would amount to about 20k dividend. That is wrong. 27k EPS was only for Oct. - Dec. 2022 unaudited results and payout rate cannot be based on a single quarter. If you had suggested that the 20k dividend would have come from their retained earnings, that would have supported your "wild expectation" of a 20k dividend however how unlikely and far fetched that might sound.

Believe me Sir, we would have seen a long epistle from our "oga at the top" if Caverton's 2022 result is/was spectacular. But still, this is NSE where anything is possible and traders can still make massive return on this stock. We once bought and made profit on stocks that didn't have any office nor financial reports.

Caverton has the potential to make a strategic move by announcing a dividend of 20 kobo, which would result in an impressive yield of 20% based on the current market price. If such a move is made, I anticipate the stock price to rise to approximately 1.7 naira. Considering the 2022 fourth-quarter reports, the earnings per share (EPS) stands at around 27k, which makes a dividend payout of 20k feasible.
Is this what you could glimpse from Chat GPT?

His morale suppose low nauw where you can't say if a man is a man in the Western world or a woman is a woman. You see the destruction of religion, family, society in real time. You see where laws are passed to give people powers to loot shops enmasse and nothing is done by business owners. You see where homelessness and suffering is so high all around the world and nothing is done to assist them but so much is allocated to fighting wars. You see where kids are joining in the sex transitioning experiments without the consent of their parents (only that of teachers allowed).

Even Sodom and Gomorrah no do reach wetin people dey see now. E reach tire person.

Let me share a brief story with you. Back in 1997, when I was in sss1, I began to explore indicency. At the time, I was responsible for purchasing our Sunday newspaper, the Vanguard, and at the newspaper stand I would often hide away in a corner to peruse adult magazines. By the time I reached university, I had likely gone through hundreds of these publications.

During my third year of studies, in 2003, I completed an industrial attachment with a radio station. I recall spending countless hours in cyber cafes watching various types of porn, from Latinas to ebony to milfs to squirt to granny and more. It was through this process that I even learned how to use computers; I never received formal training, but learned by doing. cheesy

When I embarked on my service year, I obtained my first mobile phone and with it, unlimited access to porn, shege banza, heyhey!

To cut the story short, I have seen enough female body parts to last me a lifetime and even experimented with a few myself.

Did I answer your question. grin

I shared the article because I believe in people doing their thinking for themselves. I guess you prefer to be spoonfed with unsubstantiated beliefs.

If you read the article you would have understood why the bank collapsed and not because the western world is imploding, but then you find conspiracy theories more appealing, ok.

Here again some recap in my own words:

1. Bank was over-exposed on cheap bonds when they should have been more deversified.

2. Because of d post COVID wahala USA increased interest rates to stabilize their economy.

3. Suddenly the bank's investments became less valuable or bad because newer bonds offer better yields.

4. The client and investors got to know about it and started withdrawing en mass.

5. Bank can't cope with multiple withdrawal and had to sell their now bad investments that resulted into big losses.
Coming from someone that has been quoting CHATGPT up and down.

Well Done Sir.
