I hope things would change for the better. I hope the relevant agencies would step up Budget Monitoring, Implementation and Evaluation.
Ordinarily, at the end of a Budgetary period or Fiscal year, there's supposed to be an evaluation. 'What was achieved, what could not be achieved and why etc'.
Accounting wise, any "left-over change" is retired back into the gov't coffers. Do we do these in Nigeria
My problem and worry is that this might just be like a sand-storm. Sooner than later things would go back to "buiness as usual" after some "out-of-court-settlement"
