Even thought I feel Magu should not be EFCC chairman as the Senate refused to confirm him, there is no evidence of criminal infractions by Magu in the DSS letter to the Senate. All it said were allegations such as travelling first class and being friends with alleged criminals.

I get your point, and I share your sentiments. It's a team sport and no individual is bigger than the team as a whole. However, on the flip side of the coin most teams are embodied and personified by a single player.
I don't want to mention any particular player so as not to stretch the argument too thin, but history regales us with teams whose successes and failures are directly proportional to the wonders or wobbles of a particular player.
