The so called "angry youths" are political thugs who have found it hard to continue their criminal activities in Anambra due to Obiano's security set up.

Did Obiano send the Petrol tanker that exploded or did Obiano ask the fire service to be so negligent of their duties?

Obiano is trying his best to secure the state and the new fires tactics is something that will be addressed too. These criminals already know what will happen to them when they attempt to loot goods from the fire disaster areas. That is the true reason they are "angry"
