Nigerian actress, Nkechi Blessing has taken to social media to share her thoughts about Nigerian bloggers.

According to her, Nigerian bloggers are of no good.

The curvy actress, while reacting to Cardi B’s IG posts which saw the latter visiting Lagos strip club, stated that when she goes to America, her first stop will be at a strip club.

Not stopping there, Nkechi added that when she does this, she is certain useless Nigerian bloggers will make news out of it.

Nigerian rapper, Zlatan Ibile, caused quite a buzz on social media following his response to a fan who had begged him for money to pay his school fees.

Sometime ago, a fan begged Zlatan Ibile to help him with money to pay for his acceptance fee into school after years of trying to get the admission. He told this might be God telling him not to go to school.

Today, another fan decided to try his luck. He begged for money to pay his tuition fee in the University.

The fan wrote;

“broh plss before celebrating remember a brother here struggling in all form for his school fees i manage to pay for acceptance fee but the school fee i can’t afford and this is the second time that lack of funds is.”.

Zlatan’s response however, was far from what the fan had expected. Replying to the tweet, the rapper wrote:

“Guy drop out!! You manage pay acceptance fee? You go manage pay school fee, departmental fee, handout you go wan rent hostel, chop, still wan get one girlfriend wey you go they grease once in a while all this thing na still money!”

Jackie Appiah is a talented Canadian-born Ghanaian actress, she has received several awards and nominations, including the awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 2010 Africa Movie Academy Awards; and Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2007.

However, the actress who was born in 1983 is celebrating her 36th birthday today.

Taken to Instagram, she has shared beautiful photos, expressing her sincere gratitude for having life!

Wife of the Vice President, Mrs Dolapo Osinbajo, has advised young women ànd girls against laziness and unruly behaviour in order to be successful in life.

Osinbajo gave the advice during the graduation ceremony of 370 out-of-school girls empowerment programme on Wednesday in Lagos.

She urged the out-of-school girls to live responsibly to be good role models to other girls around.

“I congratulate the graduating girls, I commend your dedication and I am impressed with your attendance in class and keen participation throughout the courses.

“I advise you to be hardworking and know that you are to live responsibly to be good role models to other girls out there,” she said.

Osinbajo said that abuse of any form was wrong and against collective humanity.

She urged Nigerians to work as advocates on violence against girl-child and women to enable them function at their optimal level.

“Let us all be our brother’s keeper, whenever we notice an abuse, let us speak out, let us all stand up to help the victims of abuse and stand up to eradicate it in our communities.

“Our girls are precious and should be handled with care,” she said.

Former South African archbishop Desmond Tutu has been admitted to a hospital for treatment of what his wife calls a 'stubborn infection.'

A statement by their joint foundation on Wednesday said the 88-year-old Nobel Peace Prize winner had been hospitalised several times for a similar condition over the past few years.

Tutu has been treated for prostate cancer for 15 years and rarely makes public appearances.

The cleric was last seen beaming at Prince Harry and Meghan's four-month-old baby Archie during a royal visit to Africa in September.

A gas cylinder that exploded at the Four Point By Sheraton Hotel, Oniru in Victoria Island, Lagos, while some artisans were doing some welding in the hotel premises, caused some extensive damages to parked cars and injuries to several people nearby.

The explosion occurred at about 12:35 pm, causing panic in the area.

Room and car windows were shattered by the explosion.

According to Director General Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Dr. Femi Oke-Osayintolu: “The situation is under control as a combined effort of the LASEMA Response Unit (LRU), Nigeria Police alongside staff of the hotel are on ground to ensure a swift recovery.

“A total of three people sustained severe injuries as a result of the blast and two have been rushed to Lagos Island General hospital for intensive care by LASEMA Ambulance Unit while one was rushed to a nearby private hospital”.

A beautiful couple in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has broke the internet by not doing the usual marriage ceremony.

The couple who did their wedding ceremony at Seventh-day Adventist Church, Ruuokwurusi, Port Harcourt, had no reception, bridal train, groomsmen, best man and chief bridesmaid.

The church page shared a photo of the couple and wrote; An interesting wedding today at Seventh-day Adventist Church, Ruuokwurusi.

At the end, all were given their food packs and dispersed from the church to their homes.

There are lots of lessons to be learnt from this. A lot of savings made. A very wise, realistic and practical wedding today.
