What can i do at this point, can one still make it to the UK with only Visa and no BRP?

This shouldn’t be a problem as your vignette is valid for 90days, with expectations that you’d have picked up your BRP before the expiration of the 90days. What address did you put as collection address of your BRP when filling out your visa application? Most applicants usually put the school address, if this is your case, then you can pick up your BRP at your school.

Do some research on ExxonMobil and know why you want to work for them. They'll ask a lot of behavioural questions and you'll have to answer using stories that explain how you handled yourself in such situations. Interview went well, but the chief panelist almost got me with the simplest question there is to answer. He started by throwing an indirect question in form of may we know you, Which I answered quite well. I still dey feel myself until he said state first law of thermodynamics (simple right) @ that instance I forgot, Instead I was stating 3rd law. He said he will come back to the question that others in the panel should ask me theirs which they did by asking situation related questions on safety mitigation and team work which I did answered very well too. By the time it got to the chief panelist who asked me question on thermo.... I answered correctly this time and all the panel members were happy as if their life depended on me getting it right. Then two of the panel members said it's good now that ure back. Then he asked me that I should mention 3 places I fit in as an engineer.

To those that are yet to do, Do well to know related questions that can be asked in your field... As simple as energy can neither be created nor destroyed.................... is, it would have made me a bad representative of Engineering, because it was written all over their face that if i don't get this simple question, I'm sure done for........

Exactly. Most people in NNPC get in without knowing anybody.

I was recruited during the last campaign back in 2012 without knowing anyone. I have many friends and coursemates as well who got in that year without knowing anyone. (I have since left so really don't have any 'insider' news)

Prepare well for the interview and pray for a bit of luck. I remember seeing my interview score, and how it was graded. The interview usually appears easy and most people leave the interview panel feeling good but not everyone will eventually make it. So be prepared.

Over 500 was recruited during the 2012 recruitment. Hopefully, more will be recruited this year. Every state will be represented.
