It started like this. My BIS was to expire on Saturday and I immediately loaded 3000 on my phone. As at saturday evening, they still hadn't taking out the 3k. All tru the weekend, i was browsing via wireless and MTN was still charging me (while using wireless).

This morning when I checked my balance i saw they had taken 2000 . Next thing I did was to call their customer service and they explaned to me (which was understood) but I told them that I needed my money and they said they won't refund me. That was where I lost my cool!! I threatened to burn down their office if they don't refund me and the lady cut my call. (as fear of being burnt down )


Still not satisfied, I took the matter to Twitter.. I was still explaining to them and they were still saying sorry (I told them, I don't want to here sorry). All they say is sorry and they don't do jack!Out of anger, This is what I typed " Am in a good mood to burn down @MTN180 office. How can they take my money even browsing with wireless cc @Gidi_Traffic"

The next thing I saw was my 3k in my account and they activated my bis!!
