I was scheduled for a second interview today after I had my first interview with over 20 questions asked. But surprisingly I wasn't called again.

What do you thnk will happen?

If your number was reachable and you where not called again then expect a positive feedback. When was your first interview and which VAC?

The hand of God brought all our visas today, after interview questions like only me they go UK and sleepless nights of tracking and waiting for decision
Timeline
14th August: Main Applicant application
15th August: Dependants application
19th August: Dependants biometric
26th August: Main applicant biometric
27th August: Main applicant Interview
10th September: Application transferred to VAC
10th September: applicant at doorstep of TLS without receiving collection email , but collection mail latter came
10 September: All visas received.

Is the Airline reliable? Did they cancel?

I am the airport now, about to board Ethiopian Airline to London. No one has asked me for any covid screening at the airport. I earlier called the Ethiopian customer care and they said they required a covid screen, meanwhile, when I contacted them on twitter they said no need for covid test, that I only need to fill in the landing form on gov.uk site.
So guys, don't waste your time and money if you are going to UK via Ethiopian airlines

hello please i got a mail this evening frm BRP COURIER SERVICES that my BRP is ready to be mailed to the address i used in UK.

Does it mean that my visa is ready because i didn’t get any other mail asking me to go pick my passport and the status of my application on the TLSCONTACT APP is still at the RECEIVED BY DMC stage and hasn’t changed.

Can anyone comment on the possible outcome of such BRP readiness message?

4 Tier Student visa – TLS Abuja
Application submitted online – 11th August
Biometrics & Interview - 19th August
Passport ready for collection - 9th September
Passport collected- 9th September
No non-straightforward email or 2nd interview.
I was so worried because I didn’t add all of my visa rejections. I only included one rejection per country. Overall I had about 8 rejections in the past from UK, France, Canada and USA respectively. This is my first UK visa. I was also rejected a UK tourist visa in January 2020.

When u get to TlS tomorrow, they will ask you if you want priority. Someone that went today was asked.

Please if you have done your visa interview between August 13th to August 20th please check your spam messages because UKVi are calling back for second interview. The messages are not going directly into your inbox so always check your spam please take note.

How true is this information above? It has been circulating . Has anyone received such mail?

August 26: Application transferred to Vac
August 27: Collection mail and text popped in.
August 28: Testimony day

I did my biometrics /credibility interview today and i was only asked 4 questions.... is that a good sign??

Please do i need to photocopy the stamps on my old passport and take with me to TLS?

Good morning everyone, pls I need help urgently.

I made some errors in my tier 4 visa application.

Errors:
1. Do you have any person depending on you financially? I said Yes. My husband and daughter are depending on me.

2. Do you have any known name before? I said No. However, I indicated my maiden name on the form

3. Do you know where you will live in the UK. I mentioned the university, but because I have family, I am not permitted to stay in school accommodation. I have however secured a private accommodation.

4. Where do you live presently. I indicated our family house which we neither own nor rent.

All these issues I want to address in a separate letter and attach in my application and upload with my documents but the school representative has advised that I cancel my application because of these errors that I may be refused visa which will affect the school. I have my Visa interview on Tuesday.

Please kindly advice, are these errors enough to get me a visa refusal?

Tbh these errors are not even errors. 1)I stated that my daughter is financially dependent on me in my application.
2) since your maiden name was stated, it shouldnt be an issue
3) i will advice you state your university address when asked by your ECO since thats where you filled.
4) whats the error here again?

My dependants application has 1 error each and im hopeful it will be overlooked as i have written correction letters. I dont think any of your “errors” require any correction.

Yes, one can only hope for the best. Hope you wrote the dates of travel, purpose and duration of visit. Also upload the entry and exit stamp pages of these trips so they know you are not hiding anything

Travel history must obviously be important to the UK Home Office since they specifically ask about it in detail in their form, even for students.
So in line with their detailed questions, I think it appropriate to provide them with detailed evidence as well.

Ok i already have them in two folders. Let me find a way to merge both. Thank you

Use one of those phone scanners and combine all the pages into one pdf file.

Can we scan the stamps as well as the visas?

Both.
Basically referring to the practice of sending in old passports when applying for visas so that they can see any travel history you have in an old passport(s). My wife and I both went along with old passports and they said submit only your current passport.

I might add - if you have any travel history in an old passport, scan out the visas as a pdf file and upload in the self-service platform/make copies to be uploaded for you if going for the assisted service. In any event, the people at TLS will not take more than one passport from you.
