I can tell you for a fact and from experience that a lot of patients come into hospital that costs a fortune to run, enjoy credit services and when they recover, the first thought they have is how tonabscond without paying their bills.

They do not care about how their absconsion affects the business; how their absconsion affects staff salaries, infrastructure shortage and equipment procurement.

Medicare is not free nor cheap anywhere in the world and customers or clients are under obligation to pay for services recieved or make it clear from the onset that they do not have the financial capacity to pay. Not after spending years in medical school, paying a fortune setting up the facility, employing staff, you walk in and recieve care, then turn around to start claiming human right.

If every other patient claimed human right, would you have met the doctor or even a hospital ?

Childbirth and delivery is not an emergency and the woman knew fully well the implication of having unprotected sex and carrying the pregnancy.

Hello wonderful elders of Nairaland. My story is a little lengthy but I will have to pour out everything.

I am happily married with two wonderful kids, my God-sent Queen (My wife) is a medical doctor based outside the country with my children (who are citizens), but I stay in Nigeria, because of my businesses, work and the wonderful life here (beer,cruise and women). In Nigeria, I can behave 100% foolish but as far as they is money everyone still respect me. My wife’s father is a very wealthy business man turn politician (Senator).
In August, The senate went on recess, which meant my father in-law was on break. That same month, I travelled out of Nigeria with someone (I am keeping our destination a secret) and we stayed in a 4 star hotel. On the third day of our arrival, I went to the hotel Gym. After my session on my way back to my room. I met this very pretty lady in the elevator; I guess she was either Ethiopian or those Islanders through her looks. I wanted to toast her and collect her number but the elevator has reached my floor. I was more surprised when she stepped out, meaning she was on the same floor with me. I purposely slow down and gave her a respectful distance so I can walk behind her for two reasons, to admire her curves and also see who is enjoying those curves.

As the universe could remember me that day, she stopped and knocked on a door, while my own room was about 4 doors ahead were she stood. The door opened and I walked faster to see who opened the door, behold I saw Mr. Righteousness, the only saint of our time, the Angel, Daddy G.O, Senior Prophet, prayer warrior and Mr. Do No Wrong. I saw my very wicked father In-law!. I was more shocked than him to be frank, we both stood motionless for about 3 seconds but it felt like the whole day. She walked in and he hurriedly closed the door. Till date, I feel happy whenever I remember that the shock would have given him erectile dysfunction, making his dwarf penis shrink therefore losing appetite to sleep with that beautiful lady. MATTERS ARISING
My father in-law has been a thorn in my flesh for years, he hate me so much, and don’t even pretend about it, he said I am an addicted womanizer (Which is not a lie) and don’t like going to church, He is also angry that I married his only daughter he love a lot. He is among the witches and wizards that call my wife almost every week to report to her that I am cheating with numerous women in Abuja (My wife use to tell me everything, including the names of those reporting to her).

So now, I am planning to revenge. Since our arrival my father in-law has been extremely nice to me, we haven’t talked about it till date, but he knows I have caught him red handed, he can’t claim same to me, because his paid spies have caught me time without number that they are now bored of following me about. He fear I will tell my wife (His biggest fear), I will tell his wife (He can give me a blank cheque to buy my silence for this), or I might tell a hungry blogger to write about it (Scandal).

My NL family; Kings and Queens please tell me the best revenge I should dish out to this wicked man, he has had his 99 and I have only 1 golden chance and I must use it wisely.
