Am sure you can apply for NIN in Turkey.
Try and get NIN because with look of things, you will always need NIN,BVN,Email and Mobile number you used because those things are required getting OTP now from most things in Nigeria.
You need NIN to apply for passport renewal.

* I guess you can use your BVN to register for the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

If ur employer has COS at hand....it depends on how fast the employer wants u to resume.. can be 2 days ..can be one week...can be more..

If ur employer has no readily approved COS to assign to you....it means they will have to apply from Home office which often delays and may even be refused.....and employer may have to reapply with stronger justification.....

Some pple have waited for weeks...1, 2, and 3 months ........

The way some people talk with authority of what they know nothing about or have experienced baffles me!
Nobody claimed any misplacement or did any affidavit for any lost passport on my behalf.
I paid for my passport renewal in December 2022 and my passport was to expire in October 2023. Paid extra #20,000 which is official (on top of the original unofficial amount for renewal). My previous passport of October validity was 5 years and I was renewing for 10 years. I went for capturing in January 2023 with my old passport and in March, I went to pick up my new passport with my old one where they now stamped it “cancelled” before activating the new one.
Please, let’s endeavor to share info we are sure of or have experienced before in order not to unintentionally mislead or spread false information. Authentic information can help someone in the same situation.
Btw, this experience happened in Port Harcourt.

Yes, but you’ll need a valid reason to use it. Probably get another conference you can attend so you don’t have issue at POE.

Majority of the persons here are in Nigeria too

A gcms note or CBSA is applied by persons in Canada only. They are referred to as designated representative. Therefore you need someone in Canada to apply on your behalf. If you have family and friends there, you can apply otherwise, I can apply for you.
