Rugaria:May I ask how? |
Prof. should charge Nigeria to start by producing fertilizers, become energy and fuel independent, growing wheat etc. Than using money (which is even borrowed) to buy nuclear weapons. There may be no physical attacks in Nigeria, but the economic effects of this war would severely affect us. And for a country running tribal politics like Nigeria, buying nuclear weapons is an invitation to pure anarchy. |

Thank you, really insightful. |
rahull12:If you have the necessary cross-border documents, you can travel to Abijan first. And then start another journey to the Gambia. Ensure you are properly financed. |
Building a house is cheaper. You get to build what you desire and following up the building team in delivery to your taste. Buying a house is more convenient Wahala no dey too dey involved. It save time. But if you choose to building, I am able and willing to give you profitable advice. I design and develop buildings too. |
Kingrexyl:30 million will not deliver even the building skeleton. If you have a land already, and it is in a good location, what should be done to is to develop it in phases and have it all rented out before completion so that you use the added resources to deliver it. As an architect, I can help you come up with a cost efficient modules in which early rentage might help pull in enough resource to complete. |
graciousolo:Could we communicate via mail. chuksmanuel16@gmail.com |
So you have a plan for the site and the area of the fence already done. I can help give you a rough estimate. I am an architect. I can also design your house. Be sure of an efficient and beautiful building at an amazing rate. |
******* A while ago, many people would scream about reformig NTA. The display is whack, their staff is this and that...... Here is a way out and then it's another complaint again After reading my mentions, I still could see the reason why a white man's Twitter thrives better than Nairaland even within Nigeria. The old people outgrew here
The Issues is loan is easy money. More money less efficiency. What stops Lai Muhammed to think outside the box. NTA is already an established station. They should find out to release programs that can sustainably finance and develop the network. On the other hand, NTA isn't the only TV station in Nigeria. So if all other avenue for higher revenue proves abortive, the next thing Lai should consider is merging with a thriving private TV network. Work the TV station hard, meet the requirement and go back to an improved independent national station. As they say, easy money dosen't allow people to think. |
There is a lot in the future for you. What are your target job prospect? In what ways can IT help to develop it? While others may go for mainstream engineering approach, I suggest you understand the IT part, develop simple and efficient approach, patient it and earn satisfaction and money. Meanwhile you can be working in an organisation while doing it. |
Wow. N620m to do what exactly? Aren't there disease control kits already. Aren't the health staff on payroll already. Nigeria I hail thee. |
Which serious minded president leaves his/her country with serious security issues to go on a vacation in a foreign country?? |
Thank God this evil has been averted. |
Wow. What a great extent people go to in doing illegal things. |
It is when some govt agents want to siphon money you wee start hearing things like fencing a park/forest reserve to elevate it's tourist status. I hope that budget is released. And you wee see how silly govt can be. |

Governor Seyi Makinde is really restoring dignity to public service. God bless him. |
The best thing for people to do is to welcome and support and encourage their representative (leaders) and in this case while loving and encouraging, they fight fervently and ensure justice is delivered. |
Good point. The digital economy in Nigeria would blossom better when there is steady electricity. I find it frustrating when because of NEPA I cannot even charge my phone/computer that would enable operate digitally. |
Wow. Death by hanging. That's terrifying. ![]() |
This country is in serious problem. So much sentiment over religion and ethnicity that the government has immersed itself into bringing to us shame and regret. The best and only way this country can survive and move forward is if everyone irrespective of religion and ethnicity treated fair with dignity and love and respect. We still have a long way to go. |
Amotekun is finally here to stay. H U R R A Y! |

Quite disheartening. May the affected families find solace and comfort. |
This is really lovely. |
A nice book though. I expected JAMB to take on more diverse and challenging literary pieces. Sweet Sixteen is something Junior secondary student should be dealing. Americanah as well as other critically acclaimed novels would have been a really good recommendation. |
