The PentHauz Music boss, Phyno, today unveiled and welcomed the new artist, Rhatti, to his household. Today, 20th of December, 2018, also happened to be the lucky artiste's birthday.

Phyno seems to be quite hysterical about this, he's been flooding his Instagram page with some of the rap freestyles of his new artist - Rhatti.

According to reports, Rhatti was discovered by Olamide, when he came across Rahatti's freestyle with the popular 'motigbana' beat. However, having been impressed by his[Rhatti] talent, he figured it'd be perfect he gets signed by his friend, Phyno - since he's Igbo and raps in Igbo too.

Reports also has it that Rhatti is still a student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, popularly known as UNIZIK - in Awka.

The apparently excited Olamide reacted to the news by making it clear to the new artist[Rhatti], that they've got a whole lot of work to do together.

Omotola Jalade while reacting to the recent Yaba market women march, dropped her two cent on self-defense for women and her previous experience with a bus conductor in Maryland, Lagos.

According to the beautiful actress, women should be taught self-defense from primary school. She also suggests that it be included in the school’s curriculum till university level.

Mrs. Omotola backed up her point by making reference to how she once got into a public fight with a bus conductor. The delectable actress added that she confronted him for smacking a girl in Maryland, Lagos.

Fresh reports have indicated that Nigerian singer, Douglas Jack Agu has been banned from entering the United States.

According to Johnson Adumike, the General Manager of his erstwhile record label, Eric Many Entertainment, Runtown and his brother's secured the US visa though the label but his brother's refused to come back, thus staying in the United States illegally on expired visa

In his words, 'the P-3 visa (which allows an artist or entertainer, individually or as a group, to enter the U.S) that Eric Many got for Runtown and his brothers to enter the United States has expired and Runtown's brothers did not come back causing their visas to expire. .

Eric Many reported this incident to United States immigration, so when Runtown and his mother went to reapply for their visas, they found out that they have been banned from traveling to the US simply because America believes that both him and his mother may decide not to come back again just as his brothers'.

Johnson also added that 'karma always comes back for you when you bite the hand that feeds you'.

This is happening few months after Runtown and his brother was called out by a Caucasian woman of alleged fraud. There's no doubt that this is a trying period for the Eric Many Record star, Runtown.

7. Signing in Style

A Chinese monk, Shi Liliang, in the town of Quanzhou, China – defies nature to run several meters on water surface.

The Shaolin monastery is famous for its kung-fu monks that undergo rigorous training to pull off amazing acrobatic and physical feats. Shi Liliang from Quanzhou Shaolin Temple ran on thin plywood planks floating in water for 118 meters (387 feet), breaking his previous record of 100 meters (328 feet). There are common sense tips on saving your hard earned money. There are also not so commonsense ways to save money. Either way, here is a list I've compiled, to help you out.


1. Leave Instagram alone!

YOU NEED TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH OF DATA INSTAGRAM CONSUMES! Find out! Maybe, only then , you'll find a way to work on your Instagram addiction.


2. Buy LED TVs and not Plasma or LCD.

LEDs are huge power savers. Other types consume more power. You might underestimate the power it consumes, but trust me, it consumes more power than you can even imagine. Same goes for bulbs. Opt for LED/energy saving bulbs.


3. Don’t buy newspapers:

Who even buys them? You can get your news online anyways. Or, better still, you can talk to someone to tell you what’s going on in specific interest areas. It can help you save more money than you can think of.


4. Learn self control/don't be pressured into spending

Everybody’s financial situation is different . Just because your colleague has bought a new car or booked a flat in a fancy location does not mean you should follow suit.

When it comes to big-ticket items like cars and houses, do the math carefully before committing expenses. For instance , the total cost of ownership of a car is much higher than the price quoted by the dealer.

You also have to include the cost of fuel, insurance, servicing, spares and repair. There are a few rules for buying a car. The price of the car should not be more than 60% of your annual household income.


5. Have a shopping list, ALWAYS!:

This is very important as it makes you not to spend more than necessary. Follow your shopping list and maintain strict adherence to it. A lot of people default on that, they might intend on buying just a toothbrush in a grocery store, but come out with two carts, a horse and the barn owner.

That's what you get when you don't have a shopping list.


6. Avoid using Virtual money:

Credit and debit cards are essential because an increasing number of our financial transactions take place online. However, virtual money can be dangerous in the hands of a reckless spender. Studies show that people tend to overspend if they use a credit card for a purchase.

If they have to make the payment in cash, they feel the pinch. Since the credit card user only signs on the slip, the full impact of the purchase is not felt.

To suppress the shopaholic inside you, leave your debit and credit cards behind when you go to the mall. Take cash instead.


7. Fuel your car in the morning not afternoon:

It’s science! If you’re getting your fuel tank filled up, it is more economical to do it in the morning or even at night, rather than do it in the afternoon or during the day, says experts. They say petroleum products expand when they are warm, so due to the expansion, you end up with a lesser percentage of fuel for the money you’ve paid if you’re filling up in the afternoon or during the day.

In the mornings, however, when the temperature is cooler, fuel is denser, irrespective of whether it’s in liquid form or gas, says experts.


8. Set up a budget and adhere to it

The fact is that setting up a budget is the first step towards prudent financial planning, and it’s not too difficult . You have to just set a limit on how much you are going to spend on your clothes, travel, movies and eating out in a month, and stick to your budget.

Budgeting also helps you keep tabs on the itsy-bitsy expenses, such as casual shopping for clothes, eating out, gifting, and entertainment. Most of the time, these smaller items go unnoticed even though they take up a large portion of the total monthly expenditure.


9. Wash your car yourself:

Instead of paying the guy down the road to wash your car, you should find time during the week to wash your own car. It doesn’t only save you money, you maybe lucky to find the spare change you left in the car from last week. �


10. Buy 'OK' materials:

Buying OK materials don't only come cheaper, they also come in great quality and designs. 2. Stop obsessing over her

If she’s on your mind the second you wake up, every minute of every hour of every day, and you’re constantly staring at her pictures on Facebook, it’s too much.
It’s kind of creepy and, over time, not healthy.

– Get a life and become so busy that the last thing you have time for is to think about her.
– Get rid of her photos from the “downloads” section of your phone that you stole off of Facebook.
– Stop stalking her on Facebook to see what she’s doing, where she’s at, what she’s posted, or who she’s talking to.
– Stop talking about her and asking about her when you’re around mutual friends.

3. Become More of A Challenge – Make Her Work For It

She’s automatically going to throw you in the friend zone when you’re WAY too easy.
She doesn’t want way too easy.
She doesn’t want you to lay down and say, “I’m all yours! Come and get it!”
It’s not worth her time if it’s not a challenge for her.

-They’re also doing it so no other “girls” look better than them. Don’t believe me? Ask a very attractive woman who gets a lot of male attention. Women want to win and they don’t want other “girls” getting what they can’t have.

4. Reduce the frequency at which you call her
If you want the level of attraction she feels for you to change drastically, you have to stop calling and texting so much.

-You have to give her a break.
-You have to chill out.
-She’s not going anywhere.
-You’re not going to die if you don’t talk to her for a while.
-She’s not going to be worried sick that something happened to you.
-You need to create what I’ve heard Frank Kern call a “pattern interrupt”.
If the pattern is that you call and text every damn day, you need to interrupt the pattern by not calling and texting her every day.
You need to interrupt the pattern of her only seeing you as a friend by disappearing and making her go, “Whoa. Where did he go? I haven’t heard a peep from him for a week.”

Not calling and texting so much will GET HER ATTENTION and interrupt that pattern she has of you in her mind.
When you catch her attention, she’s now paying attention to you more than she normally does.


5. Become more unpredictable
This rule is one of the most important. Women like men that they can't predict, men that they can't tell what next he'll do. Telling her your life story IS NOT what makes her feel attraction for you.

– It’s not what makes her think you’re an amazing man.
– It’s not what makes her want to hop in bed with you.
– It’s not what makes her want you as “more than a friend”.


Telling her your life story takes all of the mystery, excitement, and wonder out of the equation and just leaves her with you – a guy who told her everything there is to know and now she’s bored.
Think about what makes someone so fun, exciting, and cool when you meet them and makes you want to hang out with them all of the time – it’s because you’re getting to know them!

If they told you everything there is to know within the first day of meeting them, you wouldn’t be as excited anymore to hang out with them and you probably wouldn’t have as much fun with them.

When you’re not mysterious, she’ll find you boring, dull, unexciting, she’ll have nothing left to “wonder” about, and she’ll automatically stick you in the friend zone.
SHE WANTS the fun and excitement of not knowing everything about you.
So stop opening your mouth about the details of your life.

Logical thinking convinces you that the less she knows about you, the less she’ll want to hang around you but the opposite is actually true.
The less she knows, the more “fun” she’ll have getting to know you.

6. Give a room to miss you

So when you disappear for a while and you quit calling and texting so much, you are giving her the opportunity to miss you, think about you, and wonder about you.
You’re interrupting the pattern in her mind and she’s feeling a void in her life because your behavior is changing.
Her mind switches from what she was doing to “What happened to...?”
And before you know it, she’s missing you and wants to talk to you to know how you’re doing, what you’re doing, and who you’re doing it with.

Women are very curious by nature and you must use her curiosity to your advantage in order to start pulling yourself out of that friend zone.

You must stand out by being absent.
