I need help, please. I'm scheduling appointment for B1/B2 interview for my family. When I got to a section where I have to validate the payment receipt, all other 3 receipts (myself and two daughters) were validated except that of my wife. It's showing receipt number not valid or incorrect. I have deleted her profile and start all over yet same result.

I went back to GT Bank branch where I made the payments, they said only US embassy can rectify it and gave me an email and number to contact. I have sent 3 email, no response. I have as well been calling since May 9th, the embassy is not picking.

I need to get this resolved.

I have been a silent viewer on this platform and I have been gaining a lot of information from different people. my question goes as this; my interview date for my f1 visa was June 2nd but it was shifted to June 17th, this is my second time applying for an f1 visa, the first time I was denied. I just finished my classes for the spring semester here in Nigeria and I got a GPA of 3.78, how do I mention this to the visa officer so it could increase my chance of getting an f1 visa. what I mean is that, what question can the VO ask me, that can i use my GPA score to answer.

I applied for conference last year, appointment was cancelled due to covid19.
I want to use that same visa fee to apply for a fresh application request . Do I need to start a new DS160 form or am to edit the old application.

Hi Fam,
A friend of mine recently got the B1/B2 visa but her international passport expires by January 2022, what happens if she gets a new passport but having her visa in the old passport ? How can she rectify that so it doesn’t become an issue.

My advise is for you to cancel the interview till after this pandemic since the event you applied for has been canceled.

I don't think you can book or hold a booking for 1 year o!
Maybe you go with the booking and cancelled booking printouts.

Go for your interview as scheduled. Not your fault. VO will understand. MRV non refundable so you don't have the option of backing out

if you're Applying for Italy visa download the new form from there website the old form is not accepted again
