MrFollowFollow: At the point of borrowing most Nigerians already have the intention of not repaying the loan therefore when the due date comes they start manufacturing fake stories.
If you don't approach loan/debt recovery with iron fist in Nigeria your business will go bankrupt in less than 1 year!
When you know, AT THE POINT OF BORROWING, they have the intention of not paying back the loan, why go ahead to lend them the money?!?
Forget all these stories. We have laws that guide every behaviour. If you willingly gives out (lends) someone your money, whether the person intentionally or otherwise didn't payback as at when due, natural law is that you give grace period and if the person still, after the grace period, didn't pay up, you take legal actions and legal actions does not entails SENDING DEFAMATORY messages to ones contact.
Mind you, lots of loan apps in America these days don't even send your credit scores. They give without checking score. Coz, it's unsecured loan. And definitely, they don't send messages to your contacts because they know they implications.
Mcslize: Bounty hunters also retrieve debts are you aware? Whoever is the guarantor, is the one they hold responsible. They can take away your car until you pay up the debt. They don't joke with debt over there.
Do Bounty hunters send incriminating messages to your contacts. To the best of my knowledge, in America, Bounty hunters only come to play when you might have refused to pay up your debt after several engagements, and definitely, floated court demand notice. Lets get our facts right.
Loan companies abroad don't start sending messages to anyone on your contacts. They approach your guarantor(s).
Mcslize: In abroad, borrowing without paying could affect your credit score. And once your credit score is affected, it will be pretty hard for you to even see anyone to rent you a house because they look at your credit score before granting you anything.
If you must borrow, borrow with the mindset to pay back to avoid embrassment. Nobody will give anyone free money.
I hate borrowing. I hardly do that. And if I must borrow money from someone, I make sure I pay back before the due date.
I asked one of my exchangers to send me 100k. I told him I will pay back in few days time. He sent the money. It didn't even get to the due date, I paid him back. I did that just to build trust with him. Now , if I wish to borrow another money from him, tell me why he won't send me.
Life is all about building trust with people so that in dire situations, they can easily help you out with the intention that you've been a trusted fellow who always keeps to his words.
Money don't grow on trees. So when you borrow, pay back on time to avoid embrassment.
You're not getting the point!?!
Nobody, having supplied your bvn and other vital details on these apps borrowed with the intention not to pay back. Everyone knows LIFE HAPPENS! Unexpected events might hinder you from meeting up the due date.
Now, the cristism is that these Chinese apps give 7 days loan and they do not want to know whether you just lost your job, or you got robbed, or your kid is in the hospital, or your salary was delayed. Once it's due day, even a day before...and they haven't receive your payment, they start labeling you all sort of names.
You don't resort to worst behaviour because someone fails to meet up his/her end of the agreement. We have laws in Nigeria. Disputes like this, you report to Credit Bureau and subsequently, get a demand notice from court. And not bullying people up and down.
Coldshisha: What is your Defination of Slander, libel, defamation of character and character assassination?!
You breached a contract that you signed to
You exceeded loan tenure and accrued more intrest on someone else money
They now reported what you did to the general public, then you try to bad mouth the company that funded you when you so called family and friends couldn't give you Kobo
In America they already have bounty hunters for people like you that want to always prove right even when you are damn wrong
You need to do more research.
Bounty hunters in America go after criminals and fugitives ( after they must have gotten necessary approval from the authorities) Thereafter, hand them over to the authorities.
They don't go about sending defamatory or threatening messages to you or your contacts.
You blackmailed me, threatened me, pronounced me and my families criminals, you're still expecting me to pay up, with accrued interest. Are you mad ni?!?!
There is another one. They called themselves Nextcredit. Once you repaid your loan, they will automatically initiate another loan for you without you asking. You will just wake up in the morning to see credit alert with outrageous interest.
You can check their reviews on playstore. Mind you, they have fake reviews too on playstore.
These loan apps agents no just get brain. Wetin concern your contacts with the loan wey you borrow atleast at a point during registration, you provided them guarantors. Why not just contact your guarantors and explain things....
The government should do something about these loan apps.
Why sending messages to someone's contacts, labeling the person a criminal. To make matter worse, they will still expect you to pay back the loan with the outrageous accrued daily interest.
Tonapuk: If you have ear, listen well. My advice to you if you always withdraw more than you're depositing, stay away from 1xbet. They don't smile with customer that are winning
Baliqeez: Don't Know about last week but for like 2 or 3 days now, paying through OPAY sef has been war. My payment to them was pending on OPAY for 2 days, they just returned it yesterday , infact at a point OPAY even yanked them off the list of bookie with them before they restored them that same yesterday. They are currently having issues, just continue engaging them.
I sent them reminder. Their last response was that I should give'em time to investigate and that if I should keep sending reminder it won't make the process faster.
Now, I dey look for other means wey go make am faster.
bestmutiu2019: eeya,am using kuda too I think it has happened to me before, keep contacting both kuda and 1xbet customers care they will surely do something about it
Thanks boss.
Lemme wait a little longer. But, i just wish they will rectify it before saturday.
EndNigeriaNoow: shut up there... do u know that he has the right to arrest u. Stubborn head
Why not them just arrest him instead of spoiling his reputation. And besides, OP said he has been making partial payments, so his intentions are clear pretty clear, he is not a fraudster. And last time I checked, there is no prison for debtor. All na negotiation.

I was Assistant Polling Officer(APO/VP) Voting Point during 2015 elections and i can say with all confidence and best of my knowledge that INEC card readers do not collate nor send election results to INEC database.
Election results are manually entered into the result sheets at the collation centres.
