For those who followed my previous post, i'm sad to let you know that i've finally conducted a DNA test On my two children & discovered that the first child is not mine. This has confirmed my years of suspicion. You really need to see how dizzy i became immediately i read the result, God. Thank God for the doctor who spoke to me & calmed me down. Please guys i need advice on how to go about it, should i confront my wife first or go straight to her parent? I'm certainly ending the marriage, but i must confess that i feel deep pity and sympathy for the boy as i understand it is not his fault. But then i can't continue taking care of another man's child when he is still alive enjoying life. I know the psychological torture i passed through all this years. Honestly she is wicked for doing this to me.

I can bet 100K that the guy had the complete money on the due date of the loan but he decided to 'try his luck'. I challenge him to post an extract of his bank statement for that day and I will be vindicated!

The best way for these loan companies to ensure people pay back is by public embarrassment, personally I have no problem with it because that 's the only language Nigerians understand.

Go to South America and borrow then refuse to pay back lets see if they will not use a baseball bat to break your kneecap.

Intentionally withholding payment to a business for debt owed is an indirect way of killing the business since cash is the lifeblood of any business but I'm sure you don't know that because you have never managed a business in your entire life!

I run a company so I know the impact when clients willfully withhold your payment not necessarily because they do not have the money to pay but just because they do not want to pay for services they received.

In the estate where I live one of my neighbours who has been owing his landlady for about 8 months recently held a talk-of-the-town child naming ceremony and as a result was given quit notice by his landlady. This same person is also owing service charge for almost 1 year despite benefiting from the services of the gatemen, security guards and sweepers in the estate but he has money to run his generator anytime there is a power outage.

In Nigeria someone will owe you money and intentionally refuse to pay!

The operators of these companies are human beings like you and I who are reasonable, if you approach them for an extension of or rescheduling of your loan, but trust Nigerian they will not do that instead they will start avoiding calls and warning emails and dare the loan company to do their worst and when it happens they play the victim card and start telling half-truths!

Where in the write up did you read the OP mentioned that his friend refused to pay back the loan? You're just jumping from one loan thread to another yarning rubbish.

Your stupid landlord story you wrote up there, did his landlady starts messaging his contacts or posting his pictures on social media for him owing house rent? No! Rather, the landlady followed the right procedure by issuing quit notice.

But you and your cohorts would rather tag your customer a fraudster on the run to his saved contacts, not minding who such messages will get to and you still expect him to pay up.

Try such nonsense with me and see if you will get your money! He made part payment of 20k and pleaded to complete the balance by Friday but dull headed colleagues of yours still went ahead to send such demeaning message...

Even life itself is a debt which we'd all pay back someday.

First, you need to calm down!

Nobody is coming to your house to arrest, nor kill you. Debt is a civil wrong and not a criminal offence. You haven't committed any offence. Under the law, police no dey arrest person wey dey owe and no court go jail you. Na negotiation dey always end am.

It's a good thing you have paid 1 out of the 12 companies you are owing. Relax, don't overthink, don't overwork yourself.

Now, try and work out convenient repayment plans for yourself. One apps at a time. Start with the app with the least amount. Gradually you will pay off.

* Don't uninstall the apps. Rather, go to settings, apps, permission and deny access to read messages, contacts, denial access to everything.
* Get a new ATM card and change your internet banking details.

If any of them threaten you, let them threaten. But just be focus on your repayment plans. The worst any of them can do is send derogatory messages to your contacts. And if it happens, bear it! It's not the end of the world. Na owe you owe you no kill nor steal from anyone.

And this may sound harsh, but if any of the apps send derogatory messages to your contacts, make sure you don't pay that particular app. No government anywhere approves such cruel method of loan recovery.

I went for antenatal last Monday and all these symptoms were not there although I was given a single dose anti malaria drugs which I was made to take before leaving the clinic.

My question now is can I take vitamin C or should I just wait it out?

When you default on these reliable apps, they walk you through softer repayment plan. They don't go about sending threatening messages to people's contacts like your Chinese bosses trained you and your colleagues...

And how can you start calling your client a scammer. Within 2 days of default?!?! That's ridiculous!

With the exception of Carbon, Renmoney, Quickcheck, Branch and Fairmoney; any other apps, all the Chinese loan apps cannot report to Credit Bureau. And they don't conduct credit check. They only rely on the information on your phone (sms, contacts e.t.c) to determine loan offer for you.

One Chinese loan company has about 3 - 4 loan apps on the playstore. When you default, they blacklist your number or phone IMEI on their other apps. That's all!

CBN no know them. Credit Bureaus no know them. Highest any of them have is lender's permit.

Most people that haven't paid today is not that they don't want to pay. But the damaging text messages is out of this world.

Personally, if they have sent your contacts such messages. Don't pay! If you pay, they will continue such, thinking it's the best strategy. Damage has already been done. Don't pay!

They can't blacklist your bvn. They are not authorized. Your credit score is intact. They are just making mouth. Their worst is the defamatory messages they do send.
