deji17: Once the Coastal road is complete, there will be less traffic on some of these roads which will make repair work easier and quicker . A road like this will go from main / primary link road to alternate / secondary route connection. But some, one way thinkers and myopic people will tell you not to construct a new road untill all the existing one are fixed. This thing you just said, does it make sense to you? Did you say it with all your mental capabilities intact? Your answers will determine whether or not we should continue with this conversation |

Wadoh: Good evening my Oga'z,
I hope you’re doing well. I’d like to get your advice on a small matter regarding my land. The person watching over it informed me that a few people are interested in using part of the space for selling good indomie and akara, and they’re willing to pay ₦15,000 per year each.
Since I don’t intend to use the land for the next 7-10 years and the area is developing quickly, I’m considering leasing it temporarily. However, I want to make sure it’s done the right way and that my ownership remains fully protected.
Could you please advise on the best approach — whether to lease it out for that amount, and if so, what kind of agreement or documentation would be safest?
Thank you for your guidance fence the property properly and have a gate installed. Then you can lease out the small space to people. I believe that you already have your survey properly done. Land scam is the latest in town now

DomPerignon: In light of what you are saying, then it was pure waste to build a second Niger bridge.
Its also pure waste for FG to continue maintaining Federal roads in the SE.
It also does not make any economic sense for your state governors to construct roads at #6bn a kilometer which is the cost in Abia.
It then makes no sense for both Federal and State governors in the SE to invest in any infrastructural project in the SE since it will not generate a dime.
All federal allocations should go to fixed deposit accounts and in building breweries then. even former president Buhari said it that governors are usually building white elephant projects with next to zero economic impact on the masses. Why is it that despite record amounts of money spent on infrastructure in Nigeria, the general well-being of the masses are yet to improve? States like Lagos will need rail(population plenty) compared to places like Anambra. Nnewi to Onitsha is 1k. This route is one of the most important and busiest routes. How can you turn profit with rail if you decide to build it? Unlike Lagos where the volume of people are way too much and such investments will not only turn profits but also improve the whole economy. People will shout regionalism but fail to understand the peculiarities surrounding each region. The beef between Ganduje and the former emir was the emir questioning the rational behind building rail that leads to mosque with no economic importance to the population. If we're as rich as Dubai with their small population,we can say we should build it and wait for the economy to catch up but we're struggling with basic necessities. 247 power is still a big luxury for Nigeria |

jfking2005: Please pay attention to developments of basic infrastructures to make the environment and life more easier for people . Governance is not a business venture but to make an environment conducive for people and businesses to thrive , this will give people the sense of belonging and stop running away from the region. Stop thinking like a business man in governance and how to save money… in economics, there's a scale of preference. Nigeria economy isn't that robust to accommodate certain level of expenses. Some huge projects are not worth it one bit because they take funds away from important on that will have direct impact on the masses. So yes, it's crawling before running and our economy is barely sitting as a baby but people like you will want the government to start huge unimportant projects for the sake of glamour while basic infrastructure like water and good hospital are totally ignored |

helinues: Rufai can't be rude to people and be thinking he's always right. His question is not logical.
When you budget for a road project, there are unseen things in the initial plans, that's why the budget is always over estimated
For example, there are new linking roads to the Lagos Calabar coastal highway which wasn't in the initial plan then the minister should simply explain that to him instead of shouting anyhow. The minister is a public servant and should be ready to entertain the public. The public is people from different walks of life and brain capabilities |

You’ll pay only for subscription and an installer will come and install it in your house.
You’ll sign an undertaking at the Airtel office that the ODU is not your property but the property of Airtel and when you don’t subscribe for 2-3 months straight Airtel has the right to come and collect the ODU back from your possession. there's no Airtel office around me. I'm very much interested in it |

Mykcool: yes, unlimited 20mbps. On average, it fluctuates between that and this. Reason why I am urgently waiting for the FibreX to be laid . have anyone heard about the recent Airtel ODU router. It must be purchased from their office and they will send their own technicians to come fix it at your house |
