December 12 or thereabouts, there's this material I paid 23,000 for and gave a client estimate with hope it will be around 25-27,000 only to be told it's 37,000. #12,000 difference and the sad thing is that very handful of delears have it as many are yet to restock. There are fears that buying new goods will even come with its own price increase.

In which world can you anticipate #12,000 increase on a single good

All these banks and there love for dashing money around. Many SME are in dire need of funding but they will gladly give the money to someone who wants to flex his concubines and buy more cars for his convoys

your safest bet is using H channel. It is more expensive but can never exceed the cost of building your house. Don't take that risk with galvanized pipe.

Why do u think round galvanized pipes are used for water tank stand and not square pipes

initially galvanized pipes were used for less heavier tanks and jobs that are not too high. Recently there has been an influx of inferior pipes into the market. They're basically normal pipes coated with same color with galvanized steel. Before now, once you weld a galvanized pipe, there's no way you will sleep that night because of the toxic materials used in making them. Right now, you weld like normal pipes.

There are still the old materials in the market but their cost outweighs the economic advantage it had over H bean channel.

obviously, you haven't been on site or seen them work. First they're too lazy and can't differentiate between work and pleasure times. Their love for our women no be here. They might be discussing with a woman forgetting what they have already mixed couple of bags of cement and it will just block and they will go back to using it to fill holes.

They don't understand that while plastering, you need to pack the cements that dropped on the floor. They will leave it to dry out.

Believe me, these people are very good at their work. Their walls are extra smooth when compared to our locals but their biggest issue is wastage.
