Miscellaneous: guy i dont mean to disturb ur discussion with chidi but its lyk u dont undastnd d whole ishh btw assu/fg.

In 2009, during yar'adua governance, yar'adua signed an agreement wit ASUU to give dem 300bn in 2009, 300bn in 2010, 300bn in 2011 and 300bn in 2012 which is a total of 1.2tn. . .but too sad, d reign of yar'adua was cut short by an untimely death and since 2009 till date that 1.2tn hasnt bin paid for d development of universities to achieve the yar'adua vision 2020 aim. But ASUU said they dont wanna knw if it was yar'adua who signed the agreement cos it all goes down to the fact that ''government signed the agreement'' and that jonathan should provide the 1.2tn or they should reach an agreement on how it would be paid. But, jonathan and his cabals are unserious-according to assu. Take 30bn first -according to jonathan and co.

There is more to the story. Many said the economy will cripple if 1.2trillion is released and i asked, why dont those who make the laws cut their huge salaries and allowances ? Nigerian senators are the most paid in the world! Corruption at its peak. . . .my brother there is more to the story, for me, i want ASUU to continue with the strike till 2015 if need be. Nigeria needs change. . . .whats d need of graduating with no job security ? My brother jst take it easy, even if at the end of the day ASUU squanders the money, it gives me joy cos nigerian leaders are doing more than that.

It might even interest u to knw that with the vast resources in the niger delta, niger deltans ought to sit in their houses witout working and enjoy and the nation wont crumble but with the state of things, it cant happen cos of corruption. . . . extravagant and pot-bellied leaders. Pls let the strike continue and i hope the best 4rm it. . . . How can u give 100bn out of 1.2trillion ? Isnt that a mockery ? Its a shame....... Nigeria must change. . . .a revolution will take place one day. This is getting too much.. . . No Awareness-thats the problem of the masses. All ''average-brained'' student wants the strike off. . . .smh.
