RotrEmmanuel:Too little too late after thousands have been killed due to inaction. That forest should have been bombarded three years ago and not a couple of weeks before the election. |
Inbreds! |
MalcoImX:Because Nigerians are so dumb they will sell the future of their children for a bag of rice. Same people that will be moaning years later that the government is bad. |
You Nigerians love going back to your vomit, it's like you guys are allergic to change. It beggars belief how anyone will choose to vote back the dumbest president ever for another four years in office. |
flyca:Go to Google play store, there are lots of apps from TV manufacturers and indie developers that can work on specific TV models. |
The iPhone 6 Apple fans are making noise about has got specs basic Android phones like the HTC Desire HD had about 4 years ago. People are splashing out money on a glorified plastic just because it has the Apple logo on it. So much for the power of corporate marketing. |

Apart from the fact Adolf Hitler had only one testicle, here are some of the facts many people don't know about: https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Adolf-Hitler.gif 20. He Spied On The Nazi Party Before Joining Them https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2.1280096.jpg Having served in the German Army during World War I, Hitler decide to remain in the forces following the Armistice and he was made an intelligence agent (Verbindungsmann) of the Reichswehr. Interestingly, Hitler was tasked with infiltrating the German Workers’ Partry (DAP) – the predecessor to the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, or Nazi Party – but he soon switched allegiances. After just a few DAP meetings, Hitler realised he shared the same anti-Semitic, nationalist and anti-Marxist views as the leader Anton Drexler and joined the Party, becoming their 55th member. 19. Hitler Lived In Homeless Shelters For A Period https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/adolf-hitler-painting-600x300.jpg During his teens, Hitler dreamed of being an artist and was twice rejected from Vienna’s Academy of Fine Arts (in both 1907 and 1908) due to “his unfitness for painting”. Following his second rejection, Hitler remained in Vienna and tried to make a living out of selling his paintings but – partly due to their poor quality and partly due to his lack of resources – he quickly ran out of money. This forced Hitler, as a young adult, to revert to dossing in homeless shelters in Vienna and – whenever he sold a painting – he would occasionally spend the night in a hostel instead. 18. The Great Reformer Martin Luther Was One Of His Influences https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/martin-luther-hitler.jpg As a quite angry individual, Hitler blamed Germany’s woes on many things – and one of those he termed “Catholic Germanophobia”. This led him to become inspired by Martin Luther – the great leader of the Protestant Reformation of the 16th Century – due to the former friar’s dismissal of the Catholic Church. Despite having been brought up as a Catholic as a child, Hitler despised Christianity – and particularly the papacy – yet he found inspiration from Luther. 17. Hitler Was Awarded The Iron Cross First Class https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/1914-st-class-iron-cross-Occult-History-Third-Reich-Peter-Crawford.png It was during the Great War that Hitler really discovered his love for all things German, even if those concepts had already been formulating in his head for some time. What’s more, Hitler was originally awarded the Iron Cross Second Class for military service – but he was then upgraded to receive the First Class in August 1918 on the recommendation of Lieutenant Hugo Gutmann, his Jewish superior. Hitler was awarded the First Class medal despite being a member of the lowly Gefreiter rank – the second lowest in the German Army – in which it was extremely rare to be commended. 16. Shicklgruber Was His Original Family Name https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/adolf-hitler-old.jpg Adolf Hitler is the name that has come to by synonymous with the murder of six-million Jews – yet it could so easily have been Adolf Shicklgruber instead. The name “Hitler” was only taken by Adolf’s father, Alois, in 1876 so that he could become legitimised. In fact, the name “Hitler” could also be spelled as “Hüttler”, “Huettler” or even “Hiedler”. 15. Hitler Was “Nationless” For Seven Years https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/2.12461334.jpg Although he later professed his goal for a Grossdeutschland (“Greater Germany”), Hitler was in fact Austrian by birth. Yet from a young age Hitler longed to be part of Imperial Germany and despised the Habsburg’s Austro-Hungarian Empire – formally renouncing his Austrian citizenship in April 1925. He did this despite the fact it prevented him from running for public office in Germany and left him at risk at deportation at any time – and, until he was awarded citizenship of Brunswick in February 1932, Hitler technically was “nationless” or “stateless” as he did not have a formal nationality. 14. Whistling When You Wish Upon A Star Was One Of Hitler’s Hobbies https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Family-Guy-Hitler.jpg Yes, you did read the heading correctly – Hitler used to whistle tunes including When You Wish Upon A Star. The German leader supposedly relaxed by whistling, or performed the hobby in moments of euphoria – such as when he stood on the balcony looking across Paris following the fall of the French capital in June 1940. Another favourite tune of Hitler’s was Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf? – presumably due to his nickname of “The Wolf”. 13. Hitler Was Temporarily Blinded At Least Once https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Hitler.jpg During World War I, while serving in the trenches as a messenger, Hitler was temporarily blinded following a mustard gas attack on his camp. The injuries forced Hitler to be hospitalised and he was admitted to a unit in Pasewalk, Germany, to recover. According to Hitler himself, he also suffered a second temporary spate of blindness upon hearing of the horrifying news of Germany’s Armistice with France and Britain. This, however, is unconfirmed. 12. It Is Likely He Had Parkinson’s Disease https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/hitler.jpg Throughout his life Hitler suffered from any number of illnesses, injuries and ailments – and one that doctors diagnosed him with was Parkinson’s disease. Hitler suffered from physical and mental symptoms of the disease for the last 11 years of his life and it is argued by some historians that possible dementia as a result of the illness affected his decision-making during World War II. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0w3nsAaOpq4 Videos of Hitler’s speeches show his hands trembling, his legs stiffening and an inability to move freely – all classic symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. 11. He Never Set Foot In A Concentration Camp https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/auschwitz.jpg The vast majority of the 11million people killed during the Holocaust were murdered at the 1,200 Death and Concentration Camps established by the Nazis – yet Hitler never set foot in one of them. In some ways it is perhaps unsurprising due to the fact the majority of the camps were constructed in the east, but still it is a rather baffling fact. Interestingly, some historians have argued that the camps were deliberately set up in Poland, the Czech Republic, the USSR and Yugoslavia because Hitler wanted the number of atrocities committed on German soil to be limited. 10. Hitler Was TIME Magazine’s Man Of The Year For 1938 https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/hitlerAProfile.jpeg “I have returned from Germany with peace for our time” were the infamous words uttered by British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain on his return from the Munich Conference in September 1938. That conference – conducted between French Premier Edouard Daladier, Italian leader Benito Mussolini, Hitler and Chamberlain himself – was perceived at the time to have prevented a world war due to the fact Germany were granted the Sudetenland, part of Czechoslovakia. https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/hitler-time_man_of_year_1938.jpg Such a monumental event of “peacekeeping” led Hitler to be named “without a doubt” as TIME magazine’s Man of the Year for 1938. Incredible when you think about it now… 9. He Contemplated Being A Priest During His Childhood https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2.6116826.jpg Although he soon shunned his Catholic upbringing, Hitler did hold aspirations to be a priest during his childhood. As an eight-year-old, Hitler was a proud member of the church choir and took up singing lessons in order to improve his vocals. But Hitler’s religious beliefs soon faded and he became an atheist to the very core – shattering any dreams he may have previously held of becoming a priest… 8. Three Of His Six Siblings Died When He Was A Child https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/congr-os-de-nuremberg-hitler-01-g1-e1317752793505-600x300.jpeg Hitler was far from an only child – in fact, he had six siblings, four of whom died before his 25th birthday. Three of them actually died when he was still an infant – their names were Gustav, Ida and Otto. Alois Hitler and Klara Polzl’s fourth child was named Adolf – and he was the one who went on to become infamous. 7. Hitler Crafted Laws Against Animal Cruelty https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/2.20847162-600x400.jpg Yes, this one is going to seem extremely strange considering the innumerable human atrocities he ordered during his lifetime, but Hitler despised animal cruelty. A committed vegetarian, Hitler was put off meat when he was young – legend has it as a result of witnessing an autopsy – and became determined to protect animals. He helped to implement laws which protected wild animals, chickens and cattle – and he intended to reduce Germany’s meat consumption after World War II. 6. Hitler Wanted To Create The “Museum Of An Extinct Race” https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Auschwitz.jpg It is widely documented that Hitler wanted to exterminate an entire race – his regime oversaw the murder of six-million Jews – but he did not want to completely eliminate their memory. Despite his attempt “to rid the world of Bolshevik Jewry”, Hitler demanded that artefacts, paintings and air-looms of any Jews murdered were retained. His intention was to create a gallery for German people to come and view such artefacts – named the “Museum Of An Extinct Race”… 5. He Was Prescribed Cocaine – And Took It Twice A Day https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2.2510346.jpg Drugs were administered to Hitler on a frighteningly regular basis – and he was even prescribed to take cocaine twice a day. Hitler would use an inhaler to get a regular fix of the drug to aid with his sinus and throat problems throughout his time in office during the Third Reich. Additionally, Hitler was also provided with eye drops that also contained cocaine – so it seems he was smacked up a heck of a lot of the time… 4. Hitler Was Nominated For The 1939 Nobel Peace Prize https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/peace-600x300.png Alongside Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler is among the names to have been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. However, in contrast to Stalin, the nomination of Hitler in 1939 by EGC Brandt was supposed to be ironic. Swedish parliamentarian Brandt nominated Hitler in order to satirically criticise the Swedish government – but, unsurprisingly, it was not very well received and he was forced to withdraw it. 3. Hitler Was Injected With Bull Testicle Extract https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2.1137539.jpg Weirdly, cocaine was not the most unusual “drug” which Hitler took during his time as Fuhrer of Germany. No, that would in fact be bull testicle extract. His personal physician, Dr Morell, recommended he be injected with extracts from bulls’ testicles and prostates in order to improve his diminishing libido. Oh Eva Braun – you lucky, lucky woman… 2. The Blow-up Doll Was Pioneered Under Hitler’s Leadership https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/adolf-hitler-blow-up-doll-600x300.jpg The blow-up doll was not pioneered by Hitler for his own personal pleasure, but it was in fact created in order to prevent the spread of syphilis among German soldiers. The Wehrmacht enjoying spending their spare time in Vichy France liaising with the local prostitutes and this led to an epidemic of syphilis spreading among the soldiers. Hitler therefore commissioned a top-secret project to create blow-up dolls which could be put in soldier’s packs – then they could do with them as they pleased… 1. He Shaved His Moustache Because It Nearly Killed Him https://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Doctor-Who-Hitler.jpg While his trench was experiencing a mustard-gas attack during the First World War, Hitler tried to pull his respirator mask over his face. However, due to his – then full – moustache, an air lock could not be created to keep out the gas and Hitler almost died due to the presence of the gas. As a result, Hitler was ordered by his superiors to remove his moustache – instead, he trimmed it to the distinctive, toothbrush-shaped style that he became associated with due to his love of all things Charlie Chaplin. Number 12 was out in 2007, so it's not that old. It's Android, IOS and BlackBerry that blew those phones away. |
Only in Nigeria! |
ChristineC:He should not put himself forward to serve as president if he's not capable of effecting any positive change. Just tell me how the average Nigerian life has improved over the past 4 years, the way he has handled the security situation in the country is enough to show how incompetent he is. |
ChristineC:You know countries like the UAE and Qatar was mostly an arid desert land at the time Nigeria got its independence. Compare both countries now before you rant on about running before walking. Nigeria is over half a century old and it's still crawling. |
50mph locomotive train in the 21st century. Nigerians must be really dumb to be treated like this by their leaders. |
How can a primary 6 kid be working as a maid? And you get black people moaning about white slavery. It's really sad you lots can be so evil to your kind. |
kITATITA:Cutlass in the 21st century? Why's he not promoting mechanized farming? |
These guys are enjoying the sweat and blood of Nigerians and yet this uncle duh duh we call president gave Abacha a national honor. |
charix:Go 4ck yourself! |
kemiola89:It seems you've been watching too much of Terminator and Matrix. |
No Nigeria, so I aint watching. |
Today isn’t really what we thought it would be. We don’t walk around in silver suits, travel to colonies on Mars or drive in flying cars. Instead, we dress casual, take selfies and communicate in 140 characters. The one thing that’s for sure is that times will change and we will have to adapt. While there is no way of knowing exactly how that change will play out, we can identify trends, make common sense judgments about where they lead and prepare for them. However, perhaps we can’t, Did we really know 30 years ago how the world would be as it is today? We have collected some future ideas – in the following images – of how would the world be like.. Check it out.. 1# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/13133719853.gif 2# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337198469.gif 3# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337198613-1.gif 4# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337198703.gif 5# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337198764.gif 6# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337198861.gif 7# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337198921.gif 8# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199001.gif 9# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199086.gif 10# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199184.gif 11# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199234.gif 12# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199295.gif 13# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199346.gif 14# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199425.gif 15# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199515.gif 16# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/131337199576.gif 17# https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/70e43678d299964de654de3329b7e0b5.jpg Credits: https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/SmallRipBirdNew.jpg http://ripbird.com/human-life-in-the-year-3000/ |
If you go to a gym, the likelihood of you encountering the resident douchebag is high. Every gym has one and, sometimes, there’s usually more than one. Some aren’t as big of a douchebag as others are, but hey, douchebags are douchebags. Though, douchebags aren’t the only ones you should be expecting at your local gym. There are lots and lots of other types of people and stereotypes that you’re probably going to meet, more so if it’s your first time at the gym. And, even if it’s not your first time, you’re probably going to laugh when you read these things below. After all, you may be one of these annoying types of gym goers that simply get on everyone else’s nerves. 1. The Douchebag https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-1.jpg Everybody knows one. They’re always walking around, looking at themselves in the mirror and flexing all their muscles. Sure, they’ve got something to show. But, do they really have to figuratively shove it into everyone’s face all the time? 2. The First Timer https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-2.jpg These people don’t know what they’re doing in the gym and why they’re in there in the first place. And, being first timers, they’re just too afraid to ask. 3. The Clueless Guy https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-3.jpg Bicep curls at the squat rack are actually quite a good thing for these days, because at least, they’re doing something right. Well, in a way that is. Fact is, these people don’t know SHIT about the gym. What’s even worse is that they act like they know everything even when they clearly don’t. Put it simply, they’re just gym accidents waiting to happen. 4. The Guy Who Lifts Too Much https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-4.jpg When I say too much, I’m not talking about people who basically live in the gym. Rather, I’m talking about people who are clearly lifting WAAAAY too much than they can handle. Why? I don’t know. But, I’m betting that it’s to impress that hot chick taking selfies over at the weight rack. 5. The Inappropriately Dressed https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-5-1.jpg They’re not exactly doing anything bad, except well, put themselves in harm’s way. But hey, it’s their bodies right? You just have to deal with the eye sore. 6. “Effortless” Gym Goers https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-6.jpg This needs no further explanation. And oh, in case you’re wondering, that’s a TV she’s looking at. 7. Machine Hogger https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-7.jpg We all know that machines make our times at the gym easier. Sure, they’re not as effective, but most people don’t know that or don’t even care. Unfortunately, some people LOVE machines too much that they just hug them all day long. 8. The Grunter https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-8.jpg A few “oohhmps” every now and then is understandable, but what these people do are just plain annoying. 9. The Wannabe Douchebag https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-9.jpg hey’re like the douchebags, the grunters and the guy who tries to lift too much all in one. What’s worse is that they have nothing to show and trying too hard to find a way to “flaunt” whatever they have. 10. The Phone Douchebag https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-10.jpg These douchebags deserve their own space because they’re a special kind of annoying. Sure, those other douchebags are somehow remarkable because they have something to show. But, these? They’re just hell to deal with. They take selfies, text all the time and are on the phone when they’re not. In fact, the two hours they are in the gym, they spend more than half of it while on the phone. 11. The Ripped Chicks https://birddata.verticallabs.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/annoying-gym-ripbird-11.jpg I’m excluding girls in general because they’re already covered in the many stereotypes above. And well, for this one, it’s a special case. Why? Because even though they’re quite annoying, most people are willing to put up with them simply because well, they’re HOT chicks. Now, who doesn’t want to see a hot chick doing reps every now and then while they’re at the gym? |
I'm quite astonished how any sane person will even contemplate to vote for Jonathan. That man has failed the basic principle for a civilized society to exist and that's basic security for its citizens. Nigerians have been dying like rats for the past four years that no one can put a figure to it, even news channels don't report mass killings in the country because they see it a s a regular occurence. How this man can come out and campaign for another four years in power beggars belief. I don't know much about the politics in this country and about the other contestants but the insecurity in the north of this country is enough to show he's an incompetent leader. |
I guess that's what you Nigerians call the marine spirit kingdom. |
1. Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai The underwater suites at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai are really fit for the king of the seas. They are the most intimate and romantic lodging you could ever dream of… as long as you don't have nightmares about sharks. Just imagine lying in bed while seeing he marine life in the Ambassador Lagoon. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have floor to ceiling windows, so that you can enjoy the views. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/atlantis-the-palm_underwat.jpg 2. The Manta Resort, Pemba Island, Zanzibar The Underwater Room is the most special room at the very exclusive Manta Resort in Pemba Island (Zanzibar). To get there, you need to board a wooden boat that takes you in two minutes to this unique space that lies over the crystal clear sea of the Manta house reef. It’s like a private floating island, complete with stunning views and lots of comfort. And if staying underwater all the time is too much, you can still sunbathe on the deck. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/manta.jpg 3. Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, Rangali Island, Maldives The luxurious Hotel Conrad Maldives Rangali does not have an underwater room, but you can still dine in style submerged and without having to wear a diving suit. The Ithaa Undersea restaurant is located 16 feet below sea level and you can have your mix of Maldivian and Western cuisine while you look up to see the beautiful reef and marine life. Not to be missed. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/conrad.jpg 4. Subsix at Niyama, Maldives Nothing better than a good party after a good meal. It may not be on the same island, but the world’s first underwater club is also in the Maldives. The Subsix is part of the luxurious Niyama resort, but accessible to anyone. Here you can dance, chill out and have very chic cocktails while looking into the depths of the Indian Ocean. Dancing beneath the waves never had been so cool! https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/subsix.jpg 5. Utter Inn Hotel, Vasteras, Sweden The Utter Inn is the one and only underwater hotel in Sweden and floats happily in Lake Malaren, near Stockholm. It is not very luxurious but the experience is worth is: twin beds and a table in a room three meters below the surface of the waters with panoramic windows in all directions. The Utter Inn was created by local artist Mikael Genberg and is now a very fashionable place to spend a weekend in. On the wooden deck you can sunbathe, admire the gorgeous natural surroundings or explore some nearby islands by boat. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/utter.jpg 6. Jules’ Undersea Lodge, Key Largo, Florida, USA Jules’s Undersea Lodge is aptly named after the author of “Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea” and is the oldest underwater room out there. But getting there is not that easy. Located 21 feet beneath the surface of the sea, you need to scuba dive and enter through an opening on the bottom. What used to be a research lab is now a very cosy accommodation where you can treat yourself to pizza for dinner. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/jules.jpg 7. Lime Spa at Huvafen Fushi, Maldives The Lime Spa at Huvafen Fushi resort is the world first underwater treatment space. There you will be able to enjoy sensual and sensorial treatments while looking at the sea life of the Indian Ocean. If you can afford it, try their Lime Light Ritual, a 180 minute treatment that embraces the essence of the Maldives with indigenous island coconut, lime and mineral offerings, followed by an awakening massage, some time in the relaxation pod and the best views of the lagoon. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/fushi.jpg 8. Lovers Deep, Caribbean Lovers Deep is the fanciest submarine you could imagine. This one takes luxury to a new level. Situated just off the coast of a beautiful Caribbean island (of your choice), it is intended for romantic getaways for couples that want to have a private night together submerged beneath the ocean waves. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/lovers.jpg And there are more to come. If you still fantasize about sleeping under the sea in the comfort of a luxurious glass room with great views, all these hotels are on their way. Some of them are only projects, but they all will make you dream. Poseidon Undersea Resorts, Fiji Although still in the plans, Poseidon Undersea Resorts would be the world’s first permanent one-atmosphere seafloor structure. It would feature twenty-two 550 square foot (51m2) guest rooms, an underwater restaurant and bar, a library, conference room, wedding chapel, spa and a 1’200 square foot (110 m1) luxury suite. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/poseidon.jpg The Water Discus Hotel, Dubai Backed by a Swiss company and designed by Deep Ocean Technology the Water Discus will be a truly impressive hotel in Dubai whenever it is finished. Its 21 luxury suites will be housed in two main discs (one above water and one below) that look a bit like a spaceship. It will also have a bar and a dive centre. Hydropolis Underwater Hotel, Dubai The Hydropolis Underwater Hotel and Resort in Dubai (where else?) was meant to be constructed 20 metres underwater off the coast of Jumeriah beach, covering an area of 260 hectares. But the project was cancelled on October 2004. Planet Ocean Underwater Hotel, Florida, USA Planet Ocean Underwater Hotel is still in the planning stages, but if it happens, it will be located on private property near Key West, in Florida, and will put a big focus on coral reef restoration and protection of the ocean, by building an underwater hotel... This luxury resort will include twelve rooms, a lounge and dining area, and a great view of the marine life, according to the developers. https://www.skyscanner.net/sites/default/files/planetocean.jpg cc: lalasticlala seun justwise DisGuy |
