For all those who keep painting him good. Can any of you come out and show me one good developmental project or something Tinubu did as a governor of Lagos state for 8 years that matches world standard or other standards seen in other developing nations.
All we hear is he help this one, he raised this guys, he groomed this one's.
All are theives. All those he raised have they been any better?
Is nigeria still not caged by some of the people this man claimed he raised?

When will my generation learn?
From Atiku to tinubu to orji kalu to wike to safari to anyim plus. They are all old selfish hags.
Who just want the title "ex president" for the sake of ego and pride.
They have nothing to offer oooooooo.

Tinubu is a thief no matter how you paint him.

I hear this all the time but by experience I have come to realize that most people are unaware that they all do sell by weight. I have been to a lot of markets and I have never come across a market that does not sell by weight (atleast within lagos and abuja).
You just need to ask them and they would bring the scale out for you, or burrow from a friend nearby. They usually prefer selling by the bargaining method (in order to cheat) but if you insist that you want to use a scale they would bring it out promptly instead of loosing that customer.

Hello esteemed Nairalanders in the property and other sections:

Please I need your informed suggestions on the best areas within Lagos where I can currently get a half plot of land for 15 - 25million Naira. I am particularly looking at areas with the following features:

- Great Security (very low armed robbery incidence rates, low concentration of louts)
- Decent phcn power (at least 10 - 15hours daily)
- Nearness to social facilities like shopping malls, supermarkets, nice relaxation spots etc
- Non-swampy or prone to flooding

The areas I'm considering that fit the above requirements are Ogudu, Ogba, Isheri-Olowora axis, Ikate, Argungi or any area on the island not beyond Chevron.

Please advise whether and where I can get a half plot of land within the stated budget in these areas or any other area in Lagos that you know is also suitable. Note that Ibafo-Mowe (distance), OPIC estate (flooding), Ikorodu, Iyana-Ipaja/Egbeda/Alimosho (distance), Lagos Island (louts), Ajah (poor security and distance), Agege/Iju/Agbado/Abule-egba axis (poor roads and louts) are out of my consideration due to the various factors already highlighted.
