Greetings!

I am the second-to-last in my family, and I am 38 years old. I am not yet married, and my four older brothers and sisters are not married either. Everywhere we go, people say there is a strong charm or curse responsible for this. I have spent a lot of money trying to solve this issue, but there has been no solution. Every time I talk about marriage to a lady, they reject me. I am fed up and really need advice or help on how to overcome this problem of delayed marriage and setbacks.

I have been having a running battle with myself trying to read my bible everyday but I just can't. sometimes, I pick ut up to read but I don't know where to start. An idea came to me to try reading from Genesis to Revelation in a particular order but that dint work cos it would seem like am reading a textbook or novel.
I really yearn to know more about God especially these days our pastors preach from " their own bible". Thought of using a devotional like Word for Today, donno if it would help.
I'll appreciate sound advice pls.

A good comment . But we do that in my family though. Even when baba jakande was alive, he was always donating to the Christian fold during Christian festivities, politics apart. Sincerely speaking, I wouldn't know why such kind gestures were not common among other Muslims to their Christian counterparts. This isn't an offence just an observation.

To a great extent I know the tenets and as a christian. If I were to follow the family tradition, I'd have been a sheik today and I don't think there's anywhere in the holy book where giving to Christians is forbidden. I stand to be corrected.
