Exactly, that's one of the ways to deduce toxic workplaces.
There's usually high rate of staff turn over as staffs usually have to leave regularly.
Once I see repitition of same vacancy multiple times within few months, I know that Organization is a No No.

I didn't even expect he'll be a started straight up. It's normally better for new players to be eased into a team rather than start them straight up. In this case Mount has to go back to the bench and be eased into the team.

There is no growth because of high staff turn over, and you'll work being demotivated most of the time cos of frustration.

It's not wise to overdo the rotation. Varane, Martinez, Shaw, Rashford, Casemiro are already out. Plus goalkeeping is not as tasking as being an outfield player.

The question is what happens if he gets injured or suspended?
Isn't it same keepers he is refusing to field for small matches now that will have to step up.
My point is the other keepers should be given a chance.

So what happens if he gets injured or suspended.
Those you refused to field will now have to play without so much practice or confidence.

That's the only issue I have with the coach. He doesn't seem to like rotation or given chances in cup games. And it may end up backfiring in the event of injury or suspension.

I gave him permission to give her my contact and she msgd. We both were single at the time and the spark was absolutely there . Unfortunately things didn't really last as we both discovered we had irreconcilable differences as time went on. We broke up without drama. She's happily married with kids now anyways...
