That last happened two years ago I guess. The answer to your question is no,the new rule says you must have the the COMPLETE required block money in your account which is 10,236.

I know we Nigerians believe so much in prayers and religion but please don't for any reason think with prayers and faith you will go for interview without your complete block money and you will get visa....such miracle no dey oo. Do the right thing to avoid story that touch

Should in case visa got denied or one couldn't get appointment date like in my case and you decided to forget about Germany and focus your energy on another country, in such case you will want to get your money block account money back and it's take time to get the money even with Fintiba which seems to be the fastest German bank not to talk of other German banks which will even take longer because they will request for series of documents.

It took me one month and few days to get my money back,and I got it back without providing visa refusal letter. So why would you fund your block account and go to so much stress if you eventually need to get your money back due to one reason or the other.

Please don't fund your block account without having appointment date for your own good. If you have appointment date and you need to find your block account,with Fintiba it will take you less than two weeks for the money to reflect in your German account

To be honest you will need lot of prayers, believe and patient because it's not easy to get appointment date from the embassy especially on category B.

I was on this journey last year,I got admission in May 2019 for September intake and I applied for appointment unfortunately appointment didn't show till the year ended. I was said and worried and funny thing was that at the time I didn't know much about Nairaland mainly because I have three friends studying in Germany so they were helpful with guidelines but i forgot to put into consideration that a lot has changed since they left Nigeria in terms of appointment date and other things. I funded my block account with Fintiba last year June,when I couldn't get appointment date for September my school decided to defer my admission to March 2020 then I rebook another appointment but still I couldn't get appointment date for category B for March, I could remember vividly that even people on category A then couldn't get appointment date except for people on category A with scholarship, to be honest I gave up and I started working on how to get my money back from Fintiba and to the glory of God I got it back three weeks ago.

Now I'm processing another country but I've learnt and know a lot about Germany so I come here once in a while to give advice and answer questions to the best of my knowledge.

For your block account Fintiba is the best,it's very easy to open,less stressful, customer friendly and also offer Insurance but that's if you desire to go with the block account plus Insurance package.

This is VERY IMPORTANT, please don't for any reason fund your block account before get appointment date from the embassy. A word they say is enough for the wise.

1. Coracle
2. Deutsche Bank

4. Fintiba

I'm considering Coracle because they have no monthly fee and their process according to the website looks easier and faster.

Within a few hours (this is inclusive of the wait time); less than 1 or 2 hours if there aren't too many people there.

Visa fees are exclusive of TB test fees or any other fees.
$150 at the prevailing exchange rate. Send a mail to iomlagosmedicalbooking@iom.int or iomabujamedicalbooking@iom.int to book your test and to confirm the current cost in Naira.
The test fee is the same except for kids below 11 who are charged $60.

That's the prayer that is needed now,the embassy need to resume and I hope that should happen in the month of June

All schools are trying hard to lure students to pay deposit to hook them. Be in control and do not be dependent on them.

If you pay your deposit and do not come, your money has gone with no refund.

Better than what we obviously have back at home.. Pending on how fast you get a grip of coursework, deadlines, plagiarism, referencing,in some cases group work, case studies,critical analysis and so on.

But between both schools Cranfield is tougher and expectations higher

In summary the quality of teaching in Coventry is good.

It means that a student can work as a full-time officer elected by the members of his/her school's students union for a year after his/her course ends. Student status is maintained during this period; you might need to get an extension to your Tier 4 visa, your school will provide documentation to aid this.

Forgot to add.. If you have leadership skills and want to make a difference.. The student union is a good place to get involved and if you run and win in any key position it may buy you one year extra as a sabbatical officer

I for one understood what the person was trying to say when he/she said "it's a waste of money",the person never meant that the exam is useless instead the person was trying to say there are other easier alternatives. I heard that Canada embassy here is Nigeria had opened or about to open, hopefully UK will follow suit. I've been hearing rumour that when UK opens her boarders, anyone coming into UK from any part of the world except for Ireland will have to go into 14days isolation.

Another update about whether September intake will be online lectures or not.

I got unconditional offer at University of South Wales,the school came up with the idea of having one of the school staff/admin staff for an online IG question and answer very Friday for all her prospective student all over the world. The first one was held yesterday and the question about if the school will be open for physical classroom lectures for September intake was addressed,the school representative said the school is still planning to be open for physical classroom lectures for September and nothing has changed for now and all UK schools are working together. He stressed that this was the main reason why University of South Wales decided to come up with the Q&A online section once every week for her prospective students so that they can have the opportunity to ask questions about their studies in the school and the school will also be able to update prospective students on all update

Well you can get admission but only to tuition paid schools in Germany,I know people that got master's admission to tuition paid school with third class.

The bank said they've received a confirmation to transfer the money back and I was told it will take 3 to 4 weeks. The point is that someone in Germany helped me to send the money to Fintiba. I already got in touch with the person,I will like to ask if Fintiba will send me a mail to notify me after they have send the money back to the account?

To the best of my knowledge,they don't. If you know someone I believe they can get it send to agencies in Nigeria.

Do university now gives Transcript out to students /individuals. I know the average cost of getting Transcript overseas is #35000.
The last one I did was addressed to an Educational consultant in 9ja which I managed to make a copy.

Both should be 'To Whom'

No,don't address it to any school. You should just let it be 'TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN'. By so doing you can use it for as many school as your want,some schools in Nigeria don't even address it to a particular school,they rather make the ending 'To whom' like my school (Unilag)
