They can access or hack into the account number you filled, if the email and or the phone no you gave out is linked to the account. These are the important. Cause if they can access that email, they can retrieve your bank details like pin and ATM information period.

The rest requirements on e form is just to populate the page and make it look real.

Above is the only way those guys can use to hack your account If you give them the details they ask for. They'll be calling all the numbers one after the other and anyone who succumbs and give the details will be scammed. But if you don't, they can't use your email or phone number to hack shiit. For any transaction, you must be asked for an otp. How will they get the otp that was sent to your phone? I saw all the details. I had a feeling it was scam but after looking at the things I knew there was no way they could scam me with those details, so i filled it but sent all my cash to another account. My palmpay account. Just incase. I once saw a similar form where I was asked to fill some details and my bvn. I exit the browser sharpaly.

But with the details given in the form, I don't think they can be able to hack someone's bank account with it. So to what end then?

My residential governor, Wike, is doing extremely well to curb the virus to its optimal low that's why we've had only one official count for long now, praying it remains so. This Covid 19 situation has really opened people's eyes to know that China is indeed the Anti Christ that the Bible spoke about. Of course we know that they are already against Christ and other religions but it'll be official when they finally take over world power from the US and from this little covid 19 act, it'll sure happen cos they've seen that they can do it. They'll control the quantum electronics of the world and will be able to listen to all calls in the world, no matter the president. They'll control the health care system and you'll have to bow to them before they make it available to you.
With all the money Nigeria has borrowed from China, i think we're already neck deep into China's ploys. It won't be long before they start coming to knock at our door.
These world leaders need to open their eyes and ask themselves, 'How is it that China now has 75000 recovered patients?'. C'mon this is no conspiracy theory. It's written in clear ink. It's definitely not because of their lockdown or anything (I'm in no way disputing the importance of a lockdown) but the truth has to be said, China had this planned and just needed few people in their country to be sacrificed before the cure is finally released.
