Lando pitted under the safety car, thus had fresher tires than Max who had I think 6-7 laps old tires. The lap before the safety car came out, Leclerc & Piastri pitted, and that was what put Lando in the lead. If that didn't happen, lando wouldn't have been able to overtake those 2, and if the safety car hadn't come out while Lando hasn't pitted, he would have emerged in 4th place, with Max in 1st. He wouldn't have been fast enough to overtake them both. That is why I said Lando was lucky!
If he was that fast, why didn't he qualify on pole, both for the Sprint and main race?

Bigger pay and prestige ( brother calm down), pay in both provinces is about the same and tax is higher in Ontario, cost of living is higher.
I would advise anyone with options to had to Ontario now though cos the job outlook on Alberta is really poor.

Depends on ambition. Do you want to run things and rub shoulders with the best? Bigger pay and prestige? Or you're just OK with making a living and living a chilled life? The choice is yours...

Commute isn't a big deal, 35mins train from Mississauga to Downtown Toronto.

All this talk about lower cost of living is relative and a trade-off with competitive pay and unlimited opportunities.

I have ACCA so I intend to convert to CPA. Why not Calgary? Lower cost of living, more chilled lifestyle, open spaces etc.

I can live in city centre and not have long commute like from GTA to Toronto downtown. All based on research sha.

At the end of the day, I really don't know for certain where I will end up. I have about a month to decide.

I am also torn between the two. I'm an accountant.

I have booked my ticket to Calgary and decided that I will make a decision at some point on if I will just end my trip in Toronto as the flight passes through Toronto. But if I continue on to Calgary, since cost of living is cheaper, I will not lose much to book a flight back to Toronto if all the interviews are there.

I will book airbnb for only two weeks in whichever location and move if required. That means my cargo items need to wait a month or two till I am sure of my permanent location and I will not get permanent accommodation until I am certain.

I've been of the opinion that people should stop talking "about Canada" but talk about their particular province or region where they live. Canada is bigger than the whole of West Africa if I'm right. You can't be living in Sabo-Yaba and be talking about Cameroon or Ivory Coast.

I've only lived in Mississauga and Milton since my arrival, and worked in Toronto, what gives me the authority or audacity to talk about even Oshawa in the same Ontario, not to talk or Quebec or Manitoba that is three hours away from where I am by flight.

I've always turned people down when they ask me to tell them about "Canada". I can't tell you about Canada. Canada is nine times bigger than Nigeria. I can only speak about my experience based on where I've lived, stay or work.
