Tinubu would not sign consesus agreed, but what if the party chooses to microzone the position of president (which breaks no law) to south south for example?

For equity and fairness it's even the governor's that would be left with no choice because south south is also switching position with north Central in the power arrangement

North Central is currently national chairman, south south would switch it in government.

He would likely settle to nominate a northern vp and work for apc, or outrightly leave the party

For those saying there will be consensus in apc presidential primary, should have a rethink and restrategise, you know in the electoral law every aspirant has to sign that they agree to consensus if not it is either indirect or direct primaries, consensus was possible for the chairmanship position because of the people involved and the stakes, but no one should underate asiwaju tinubu, I am 100%sure he will not agree to consensus or sign as long he is not the consensus candidate, even if buhari will influence the apc presidential primary, he has limitation, apart from adamu the chairman, he couldn't nominate other positions he wanted during the convention, as it is the governors will likely decide where the pendulum will swing, you can as well say the governors will go buhari's direction you are not wrong but don't be too sure because of these governors are second term governors, they might not care after all, EFCC can only bark but cannot bite. I have been studying the political atmosphere of Nigeria for sometime now, like the topic implies why the VP is the favourite, I will highlight some points here.

1)He is the current VP of Nigeria, and as normal procedure all over the world, he has the right of first refusal.
2)He is intelligent smart and very educated.
3)The little time he acted as the acting president, we could all see the difference he made.
