Tolexander:
and so?

Because the son makes money now, that is a reason for the parent to stop working and making their own money.

I love these parents for not sitting down, relying on whatever comes from their two talented sons, Chidiebere and Kelechi. Some parents through this have misled their children.

I like this Kelechi for not being proud, despising his humble beginning. May he live long and active on the pitch.
he for upgrade them to automated garri frying machine na. Haba. education is lacking much in this country

This Dino guy has shown that our politicians have no shame or credibility..

I can't imagine a western lawmaker going this far to retain a seat..

It's a service for fuuc*k sake and if the electorates don't desire your stewardship anymore, why go all out to fight?

If you have no hidden secrets or agenda that is?

So pathetic..

AgricultureRe: Agriculture Is Not The Magic Solution - By Simon Kolawole by mikolo80: 11:47pm On Jun 19, 2017
Of course it won't be sole solution but it is the key.without it industry cannot stand
Seungid1:
Kikikikiki, why is this so funny to me? I guess you did not read that intelligent writeup there. South koreans import food, they hardly practise agriculture, do you know where they are in world economy? We are soooo backward around here, jeeeezzzzz!
Nobody is saying agrisulture is not good for us as a country, but it cannot be what the economy will be solely based on.

Ok lets be looking
allrightsir:
I dont like to deal in the hypothetical or what could be/should be...I deal with current realities. Dinos recall attempt is happening now and based on current circumstances, it will fail because they will never get the 50% of registered voters!
PoliticsRe: 10 Steps To Recall A Senator In Nigeria. by mikolo80: 3:25pm On Jun 11, 2017
I understand its human nature not to vote

but time is coming when everyone will be tired of their shenanigans

for example trump.

So we keep trying till we get there or do u have a better idea than siddon look that we're doing now
allrightsir:
The same people that did the wahala to register but didnt do the wahala to vote? Worldwide the turnout in elections is usually below 50%, it's just human nature. In countries like Australia where voting is compulsory you may get figures like 90%.
PoliticsRe: 10 Steps To Recall A Senator In Nigeria. by mikolo80: 1:34am On Jun 11, 2017
allrightsir:
They cant even get past step 1. Don't forget the number who voted are always less than the registered voters. Voter turnout in the presidential elections was about 40%, if that pattern was repeated in Kogi then it means even if ALL the people who voted in his senatorial district sign the petition (including those who voted for him) you still wouldn't have the 50% of Registered voters to get past step 1. If you couldn't get the people who registered to come out to vote, how will you get them to sign a petition that many don't even understand? Sadly the slowpoke is here to stay.

It is practically impossible to recalll a senator, these things are written to give the illusion of democracy. The constitution is written to safeguard the political class, not for the common man. This is what happens when the country is having a constitutional conference and the electorate do not pay attention to what they are doing. it is easier to impeach a governor than a senator, if parliamentarians decide they dont want a governor or a president, they can remove him but you cannot remove a parliamentarian even though the constitution says you can.
if ppl did the wahala to register they can do the wahala to
recallThe only time it's impossible is if the ppl are not concerned

I'm about to do just that
only a mumu will still be a govt he has no stake in.de r not talking about farmers but traders

I'm sure you didn't read the post for commenting. The farmer already sold for 18k and the unions want to force everyone to buy for 30k .
2T215:
take out time to plant maize and see how it works. What assistance has the government provide for farmers? All you hear is government is going to, government plans to, and you expect the farmer to produce with his sweat and sell it for pittance? I own a farm and i know what is cost to manage it.....farm produce can come cheap under the present circumstances.

We r mixed economy with crucial aspects (power, rail, land)under socialist mismanagement
Sunnycliff:
Our political leaders are just plainly stupid.

For how long to we use force to stabilize prices of goods and services rather than allowing the law of demand and supply to control the market since we are are capitalist and not socialist economy.

If the prices of food stuffs are reduced what bout the prices of inputs and raw materials?
