As Written By ETCETERA. The police is your friend – words of the past, it seems. Today, the police are more about terrorising, bullying and killing for no reason. That Nigerian policemen are out of control is like saying ‘Ijebu garri’ is sour. Some believe that there are still good policemen out there, and I used to admit that quite often, but never again. Well, maybe there are still good policemen out there, doing their job of protecting and serving their pockets every day. The biggest problem is, no one is doing anything about it, even the government. Hardly a day passes by without stories of a police officer shooting a ‘danfo’ driver because of N50, police terrorising people on the street and asking for receipts for everything, even for the Agege bread in your bag, pulling off people’s vehicle plate numbers for whatever accusations they could conjure up. The crazy thing is that they always try to justify their senseless actions. A prime example of how the police are out of control is how they quickly jump into your car even before you disobey traffic regulations. They don’t even wait for you to beat the traffic light; they are already inside your car, seated with the seatbelt on, like you guys are going on a planned vacation. There was a particular case when I asked the police officer why he was inside my car and he replied, “Am I inside your car?” For once I thought the policeman had gone bunkers. The lying scum didn’t even know what he was saying. All he was thinking about was the money he was demanding from me. How many innocent Nigerians have been injured or killed for no reason at the hands of the police? If you are living in Lagos and you haven’t had issues with a police officer, then there must be something wrong with you. And if you don’t think we have a problem with the police in this great nation of ours, you need to check yourself properly. The police have seemingly abandoned the ideal of protecting and serving for beating the shit out of you, killing, lying and so on. Maybe their new motto ought to be, “protecting and serving the shit out of you.” Solving the police misconduct problem is simple. Many of these people are power-hungry individuals who get off on having too much power, which leads into them abusing the powers they get when they become police officers. Simply weed out these people in the recruiting process. Don’t just tell us you do it, do it actually. And if the Police Force is already doing it, step it up a bit – it’s obviously not working very well. Oh, and if they get past all of that, when they do something completely out of line, don’t let them come back to the job. Second, there should be real accountability. In a lot of these lawsuits against the police, guess who ends up paying the price for them? The taxpayers. I guarantee there would be a lot less police misconduct if police officers have to face real consequences and have to pay large fines. Someone needs to police the police. Chances are you may think having another government organisation watch over them is a wonderful idea. WRONG! Having government watch over government has obvious issues. The people need to keep an eye on the police, and let their superiors know about misconduct. Got video of police misconduct? Post it. Share it with the world. Do whatever possible to get the word out about your experience with police misconduct. Video evidence is key to exposing police misconduct. Let the government know, because we still have some power in government, but we have to utilise it! Yes, I know this already occurs, but it needs to happen on a much larger scale. Most of us don’t have the time to do it, but we need to make the time to do it. The police work for the people in the end, so maybe it’s time the people kept a closer eye on them, instead of brushing off stories of police misconduct. Hey, but before you bring out your camera phone to take a picture or make a video, make sure the police isn’t aware because if you are taking a selfie around Nigerian police officers, they become apprehensive and demand to see what you are doing with your phone or camera as the case may be. Third, STOP GIVING THEM MORE POWER! Giving an out-of-control system more power has so much potential to be a disaster. Yes, in rare cases it could help, but most of these weapons don’t belong in the hands of the police, especially when they are on the street and not on any official duty. You see a police officer walk into a beer parlor to booze with his gun cocked and ready to shoot. Most of the police weapons we see these days are made for war, they don’t belong on the streets. A visitor coming into the country would think we are at war because there are too many drunk police officers carrying guns about. Here’s a statistic that should get you thinking: Hundreds of soldiers have been killed in the war against Boko Haram. The number of innocent Nigerians killed by policemen yearly is in the thousands. Oh, the terrorists that the government is always telling us are so dangerous have killed fewer people than the police? Let’s get this straight. You are more likely to be killed by a police officer than terrorists in Nigeria. The number of people killed in the Biafra war is lower than the number killed by the police in the last decade. Sounds like something might be wrong yet? The way I see things, we have a huge problem. The Police are out of control, they do what they want and get away with too much. A uniform and a gun seem to give them way too much power. Things must “CHANGE!” Some may disagree with me, criticise me for my views, but what I discussed above is the way I see things. My solutions may not completely solve the problem, but I believe they could create a huge dent in the problem. It would be a huge step in the right direction. What has happened to “ the police is your friend?” http://www.gistalive.com/2015/07/you-are-more-likely-to-be-killed-by-police-than-terrorist-Nigeria-etcetera.html |

'Libyan Rocket' is the world's safest car. It was designed by Muammar Gaddafi and was manufactured in Libya, Africa. The design of the car was unveiled after an African Union meeting in 2009, which was held in Tripoli and was organised by Gaddafi. This is the world's safest car and Gadhafi was killed while the plant for the mass production was about to be built. Some Safety Specs of the car 1. It has numerous airbags and collapsible bumpers that aids during accident. 2. It has the ability to travel miles with flat tires. 3. The car has a device that can cut fuel supply during accident to prevent fire. Under the hood is a 3-liter V6 motor which pumps out 230 horsepower. The car is 17 feet long and around 6 feet wide. The main reason behind Gaddafi's design of the car then was SAFETY. According to reports, the development of the World's Safest Car by Gaddafi was inspired when he saw the high number of individuals murdered and injured every year in Libya's streets. As per reports, the Libyan Rocket auto was financed by the Libyan Arab Domestic Investment Company.Italian Auto maker Tesco TS, was to handle the creation of the model. http://www.gistalive.com/2015/06/meet-worlds-safest-car-designed-in-libya-by-gaddafi.html

From my personal driving experience, I realized that the points below can make your car thirstier than normal. Dirty/clogged air filter - Clean air filter is needed for proper operation of the car. The air filter does pretty good work for the engine. It does not only clean the air entering the engine, it also avoid debris from making its way to the engine and causing damage. You can easily know a bad air filter by visual inspection. You can as well notice you have a bad air filter when a 'coughing' or 'spitting' noise comes out from your car when stopped in traffic. It indicates that your engine isn't getting enough air as required. Have the air-filter dusted or even replaced when bad. Under-inflated tires - When your tires are under-inflated, it tends to consume fuel the more. When the pressures are too low, the rolling resistance will impose more load on the transmission thereby making the engine to work harder. Make sure your tire pressure uses the recommended pressure. Bear in mind that some of these roadside mechanics don't give you correct measurement of the tire pressure Blowing exhaust system - We all know, or at least have been told that a hole in the exhaust system is a bad thing. It will reduce performance, increase CO2 emission. Depending on how bad the leak is, it reduces the power output which will make you go hard on the throttle than you normally do before the blow. This takes more fuel. http://www.gistalive.com/2015/06/these-causes-car-to-start-consuming.html |
http://www.gistalive.com/2015/06/is-fans-mi-really-worth-hype.html It simply means you've been under a very mighty rock of ages for you to say you haven't heard of the collaboration between Davido and Meek Mill. OK. For the records, our very own Davido did a song with Maybach Music's Meek Mill. And since its release a couple of days ago,it has swept the country off its feet(I don't mean APC's broom o) and it has become the talk if the town, sorry, talk of the country. It has also gone ahead to break some records on its wake(you've heard that the video broke and set another records for video with the highest views on YouTube, within 24 hours with a whooping 200000 views!). I have to give thumbs up to Davido and his HKN gang for making such massive international collaboration see the light of the day and for the way they built the anticipation for the single for months before the release leading to a very cataclysmal orgasm(Ain't talking about sex, anyway). In fact,it was already a hit before its release. Kudos @iamdavido, kudos @teamhknboyz. But then I have a humble plea: Is it possible to disentangle the glamour associated with the video from the song itself. By the song, I mean the audio. Now, that's another cinema altogether. I've spent tons of time listening to the above mentioned song, you know enjoying the stuff, then digesting the stuff, allowing it to sink deep. I think am now able and capable to say one or two things about the song. Where do I start? Emmm...Shizzi! Nice job, brother. You killed it;you really did. The hip hop beat is amazingly ET(by ET I mean "extraterrestrial",you know outta this world). I don't think we should spend much time talking about a genius like Shizzi. For heaven's sake, what else do you expect from the brain behind many Nigerian hits in recent times? I give him 100% for the hip hop beat. Then coming to the song. To be frank, this is a normal-everyday-Naija song. Davido did not do anything on the song that will make me go gaga, or that will earn him another BET award(though it can still give him the award sha. You know the way awards are given in this part of the world can be funny,at times). Even Meek Mill sounded "just ok" on the song. Got be wondering whether the likes of Vector, Jesse Jagz, MI or even Olamide and Reminisce wouldn't have done better when given such a beat. OK, Davido wanted an international act on the song. Who remembers "Beautiful Onyinye" remix,"Chop My Money" remix or even "Rainbow" remix? You can see what his boss Rick Ross, Akon and T-Pain did on the respective songs. They made sure those songs turn to potential classics. Class! That's why they are international acts(no diss at "local rappers" o, lol). Anyways,Meek Mill being on the song alone will give the song all the hype in the world and take it to places. But is it a potential classic like "Aye" or even "Damiduro"? Is it a song we will always remember in ages to come? A capital "N" and a tiny little "o". No!!! Davido did not give anything out of the box in "Fans Mi", got me wondering why you should dedicate such "scamish" song to your fans. And that brings another thought to my head, did Shizzi give Davido the wrong beat? Or was it what he wanted? No one can tell. Hey,before you start casting the stones, its not like "Fans Mi" is totally awful. It has some good sides too. But if you check the hype that accompanied its release and has been with it since then, you'll make sense out of all I've been saying. In conclusion, "Fans Mi" by Davido ft Meek Mill is not a very bad song but I'm not sure you're gonna have it in your playlist by this time next year. Its strictly a song for the moment. But,if you give me "Fans Mi" and "The Sound", another 2015 hit by Davido, I'll take "The Sound" with two hands. Now,that's my opinion. My name is Chidiebere Kalu but you can call me Chidey. A Mass Communicator, a music artiste,an MC,a standup comedian,a song writer,an art critic,a radio personality, an entrepreneur, a phenomenal thinker,a talkative, blah blah blah... http://www.gistalive.com/2015/06/is-fans-mi-really-worth-hype.html |

These days, some people drive and use their cars as if it is something that will never spoilt. Some give no attention to their car until it can no longer move. Those in this 'I-can-manage-it' category will always find it difficult to repair their car when eventually the faults accumulate. Due to the complexities of the faults, they will end up leaving their cars to occupy the little space that are in mechanics. In case you're not aware, below are sure ways to cut the life of your car short. Ignoring regular maintenance. Don't be surprised to see your car on its way to the mechanic workshop when you neglect basic scheduled maintenance. Some of the neglects in regular maintenance include: Skipping oil changes and transmission services. Remember that when you follow the suggested maintenance, as directed by the manufacturers, you'll get good performance, longevity and efficient operation of your car. Driving with low or no engine oil. Some dudes will just wake up in the morning, turn on the engine and drive off without gauging the engine oil level. In some cases, they will see the 'engine oil light' very clear on the dashboard, but they'll keep on cruising, having in their mind that they can manage. Unfortunately, they will hear a knock or tapping, instead of stopping, you just tune up the radio instead. Soon, the engine will start to lose power and eventually, the car stalls. This may be the end of the story for the engine. The engine have to be replaced because there was no oil in the system. Shutting off the engine on time can avert this ugly experience of a knocked engine. Driving an overheated car. Driving your car when the temperature gauge is buried in the "hot" zone is very bad. Some will like to mange it like that home or even to a mechanic workshop, but will still get unlucky on their way. And at the end of the day, they will get their engine knocked. http://www.gistalive.com/2015/06/3-sure-ways-to-kill-your-car.html |
I don't know the reason why people often refer to this car as 'big for nothing'. Pls, I need to know the reason why. Thanks guys

As the death toll in River state rises by the day as a result of food poisoning , the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) said it would collaborate with the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) to establish the real cause of the deaths. These deaths has been linked to the consumption of dog meat and locally made gin known as Ogogoro, which possibly contain heavy doses of methanol. The agency urged Nigerians to desist from the consumption of locally made gin. At a joint press conference on Monday, the Director General of NAFDAC, Paul Orhi, and the coordinator of NNCDC, Professor Abdulsalami Nasidi, told reporters that samples of the locally produced gin had already been collected from Rivers State and were currently undergoing laboratory test in Lagos State. The general public were also advised o take any suspected victim of food poisoning to teaching hospitals, as the possibility of restoring health exists when cases are reported early. So far, 45 cases of food poisoning have been reported in Rivers State. http://www.gistalive.com/2015/06/stop-taking-ogogoro-nafdac-tells-nigerians.html

The guy in the picture above, identified as Emmanuel Godwin, a 28 year old robbery suspect, insists he was just a tricycle snatcher and not an armed robber, since he does not use guns. According to vanguard, the suspect and his gang will simply pose as passengers and then board any unlucky tricycle, get to a convenient place, push the driver out and zoom off. The suspect was nabbed when he went to collect money from a potential buyer who needed a tricycle urgently and had cash to pay unknown to him that the potential buyer is a SARS operative. Emmanuel said: “I am a tricycle snatcher, not an armed robber because I don’t use gun. I steal from park and when I ask tricycle rider for a test drive and he allows me, I run away with the tricycle. The market price of a tricycle is N400,000. But I used to sell each tricycle for N60,000. I stole five tricycles and sold them to one Aye at Ijora.“I also sold two to one Liwan. Aye still owes me for two tricycles I sold to him, while Liwan is yet to pay for another I sold to him.” http://www.gistalive.com/2015/06/im-tricycle-snatchernot-armed-robber.html |

1. Those who are too judgmental - They always criticize everything and anything they come in contact with. It doesn't take them time to reach their conclusion even before they hear any fact. 2. The envious types - They will never be happy that you progress, though they keep smiling at you. They always feel that the good things happening to you should happen to them and nobody else. 3. I-Too-Know types - Hope you know there will be problem in the kitchen if there are many cooks. This category of people think they know everything and they always want things to be done their own way. 4. The Arrogant types - Don’t confuse confidence with arrogance. Confident people inspire, while arrogant people intimidate and annoy. The arrogant types always feel they are better than anyone else. 5. The Blaming types - They will always blame others for their mistakes and wrong-doings. They are always pointing their fingers at other people. 6. Negativity Telescopes - They will always drain your positive intentions with negativity probably because it didn't work out for them. They will never give you any word of encouragement. They will go a long way to point out every possible way you could fail instead of being supportive. Permit me to say that they are energy-suckers. 7. Liars - The bad thing about this category is that they can have other bad traits in them. Remember, to be successful, you have to surround yourself with successful people and not liars. You can't trust them because lying has become part of them and they don't even know when they lie or tell the truth. 8. Gossips - Maybe they gossip because they feel insecure. First of all, they get the truth twisted which makes feelings get hurt and then, enemies are born. They quickly create negative environment and they are like cancer. Which category do you fall under? Good night peeps. Sleep tight. Go like the page if you liked what you read. SOURCE: www.facebook.com/milestonejnr |

The breasts have no muscles in them. They are made of fat, milk producing glands and connective tissues and proper care is needed to keep them in good shape. Inasmuch as every woman wants a perfectly shaped firm breast which is naturally not possible, they still sag. As a woman age, the breasts lose their elasticity and suppleness and this happens the most when a woman clocks 40. Though It can occur earlier. Apart from ageing, other factors that causes the breast to sag include: breastfeeding, menopause, strenuous exercises, excessive consumption of alcohol, nicotine, and some carbonated beverages rapid weight loss or gain, pregnancy, some disease like breast cancer and tuberculosis etc Here we go! Below are what you need to do. Exercise: First of all, endeavour to wear a supportive or sports bra whole exercising. You should add these exercises to your daily routines in order to add firmness to the breast tissue and chest muscles, Some of these exercises include: chest presses and pulls, arm raises, round-about push-ups, and dumbbell flyes. Massage the breast with olive oil mixed with dusting powder: Olive oil is a rich source of antioxidants and fatty acids that can reverse the damage caused by free radicals and prevent sagging breasts. Plus, it will help improve the skin tone and texture. Put some olive oil mixed in mentholated powder onto your palms and rub them together to generate heat. Rub your palms over your breasts in an upward motion. Massage gently for about 15 minutes to increase blood flow and stimulate cell repair. Follow this remedy at least 4 or 5 times per week. You can also use almond, argan, avocado or jojoba oil to massage your breasts. Add more nutritional value to your meal: When there are nutritional deficiencies in the body, it can prevent the nutrients needed for breast growth and support from reaching the breast. Some of the foods that you need to include in your daily meals would include tomatoes, onions, carrots, cabbages. Try breast mask: Use a mask prepared from cucumber and egg yolk. Cucumber has natural skin-toning properties and egg yolk has high levels of protein and vitamins that can help treat sagging breasts. Puree 1 small cucumber in a blender. Mix in 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of butter or cream to get a paste. Apply it onto your breasts and leave it on for about 30 minutes. Wash it off thoroughly with cold water. Use this mask once a week to firm and strengthen the breast tissues. Ice Massaging: Take two cubes of ice and massage it in a circle around your breast. The breast skin is very sensitive and over exposure to ice can cause numbness. So, massage not more a minute. The cold temperature will cause the tissues to contract, in turn, making the breasts appear firmer and more lifted. Dry the breasts with a soft towel and immediately put on a proper fitting bra. Stay in a reclining position for 30 minutes. Bra Size: If you are not happy with your saggy breast, then consider the type of bra you put on. Endeavour to select the appropriate bra. There are special bras available in the market which have strong support holders at the cup bottoms which lift your breast and keep them firm. Sleep on your back: According to wikiHow, If you favor one side while you sleep, you may find that the top breast sags and stretches more. By staying on your back, you can keep both breasts firmer longer. If yours are still firm, don't bother doing all these. until it acts otherwise, then you can consider the ideas . I also don't know how effective this will be for your old granny. Maybe she should try them out too. Who knows what may come out of it. http://www.gistalive.com/2015/05/6-simple-ways-to-keep-saggy-breast-firm.html |
This young pal isn't happy with how his town is being treated amongst other towns in Anambra state. He decided to pen down his thoughts to the government of his state. Read below. I rejoice with the people of Anambra state and the current administration of the state on all the "Good" works that have been done. I am a student a student of Federal University of Technology, Owerri and I'm from Isuofia in Aguata Local Government of Anambra state. I testify to the presence of little or no development in my village. It is painful, regrettable, and of concern that since I was born I have hardly seen or witness the supply of Electricity, pipe borne water and Good roads amongst other basic amenities. I was in Great shock as I went to Ekwulobia our neighbouring town two days ago and noticed that the electricity was seemingly sufficient and uninterrupted as in has always been during my previous visits. Moving through Igbo-Ukwu to Nnewi it was even more evident that the Government has not forgotten these places. mOving through Nanka to my North to Agulu, Nise, Abatete, Eziowelle, Awka-Etiti, Ihiala felt like I had left my state and it was evident that the Government is working. It was obviously an irony to know that these towns exist in the same state with isuofia to mention a few. Now with due respect, my question is Isuofia Forgotten? For Nanka and Ekwulobia and Igbo-ukwu and Ikenga to be blessed with the presence of most of these facilities and amenities, it leaves me with two almost certain answers: that the Government have forgotten my people, or that some people somewhere are preventing my place from prospering due to their personal grudge. I'm only a young man and I don't know how it has always been but the current state is very bad and I beg the government to please correct these wrongs for the masses are suffering. I sincerely feel more angry than I sound. I beg the Government to please take important actions as concerns these complains; light, roads, water, network for telecommunications. The Oba of Lagos, Riliwanu Akiolu, in an exclusive interview with Punch While responding to a question on the threat he issued out to Igbo residents in Lagos State if they did not vote for Akinwunmi Ambode of the APC, said there is a need for non-indigenes in Lagos State to respect the tradition and culture of their host. “Eze Odimegwu, who is a former CEO of Nigerian Breweries, is still my best friend as well as many others. The Obi of Onitsha came to visit me here a few days ago. When you go to a place, you have to respect the host leaders, particularly the traditional leaders there because you are coming to benefit from their success. “The people of Lagos are the friendliest and most accommodating people in Nigeria. Those who orchestrated the entire incident know themselves and I tell you, those (Igbo leaders) who came here on that day understand me a lot and have even been coming since then,” he said. Akiolu said many of the non-indigenes were deceived by politicians in their quest for power...He said “The man that promised to hand them deputy governorship slot and four commissioner positions and would elevate the status of Eze Ndigbo to that of Oba of Lagos has since denied it. “It was all a political gimmick because I am sure they know that he was only deceiving them. As a matter of fact, prominent traditional rulers in the South-East have been writing us to say that they are not happy about the large number of ezes in Lagos.”“By the Grace of Almighty Allah and my ancestors in this house, the Governor-elect, Ambode, will rule for eight years with a good performance.” http://www.gistalive.com/2015/05/non-indigenes-in-lagost-respect-host-oba-lagos.html |

We are in a country where almost every high ranked personnel in the country wouldn't obey the traffic laws. Some even go to the extent of switching to opposite lanes when there is traffic in their lane and many other irritating on-road behaviors. The red light is not for them too. Guess what? Change is on its way coming. President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, has instructed police and military security personnel attached to him to respect traffic regulations during his movements. In a statement released by his media team in Abuja, Mr. Buhari said respect for the law would be the guiding philosophy of his administration, adding, “without leadership by example, the ordinary citizens would become copycats of the lawlessness of their leaders”. The President-elect explained that the “arrogance of power, lawlessness and disregard for the rights and convenience of fellow citizens would have no place in his government”. According to him, for leaders to inspire respect, they must obey the laws of country, adding that when leaders treat the country’s laws with contempt, they might send the wrong message to the citizens. Mr. Buhari deployed the situation where fellow citizens are punished at traffic points and public roads because of the “arrogant lawlessness of the leaders”. He said in a democracy, leaders should not inflict inconveniences and other unbearable ordeals on citizens for their own comfort. The President-elect advised his military and police security personnel to be in tune with his philosophy of “bringing the rule of law in the conduct of leaders during their movements on public roads.” http://www.gistalive.com/2015/05/buhari-orders-aides-security-obey-traffic-rules.html |

Na scientist wey talk am oo... Scientists believe that the extra fat around women’s bums could help in the development of babies’ brains. A new study conducted by American scientists claims that women’s curvy thighs, hips and buttocks increases the child’s intelligence. Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh suggest that fat that is transferred to the baby through breastfeeding plays a vital role in the development of newborns’ brain. Professor Will Lassek, who led the research, explained, “The fat in these areas is a depot for building a baby’s brain. You need lots of fat to make a nervous system, and the fats in these areas are also enriched in DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which is a particularly important component in the human brain. It looks as if women have evolved to accumulate these fats and hold on to them – until a baby arrives.” The latest findings could also explain why men find curvy women so attractive: it’s because their children are likely to be cleverer and such women are considered to be healthier. And one more advantage of breastfeeding for women who keep their figure is – mothers who breast-feed typically lose half a kilo a month. Well, amazing study with amazing results! http://www.gistalive.com/2015/05/curvy-women-give-birth-to-smarter-kids.html |
A local television station in Indonesia made a broadcast of a re-enactment of how execution are carried out in Indonesia. It was broadcast to million viewers and four Nigerians will be involved in this death sentence in a country with some of the toughest drug laws in the world. Tomorrow being Wednesday, April 29th, four Nigerians - Martin Anderson, 50, Okwudili Oyatanze, 41, Jamiu Owolabi Abashin, 50, and Silvester Obiekwe Nwolise, 47, will be executed in Indonesia. They were found guilty of drug trafficking and will be executed by a firing squad even after the pleas of the Nigerian government. According to DailyMail, the men are expected to be led from their isolated cells in Death Island through a wildly dense tropical forest to a place called Nirbaya - or more appropriately known as Death Valley. The condemned pair will be given white clothing to wear, which symbolises the afterlife, before beginning their fatal trek and are given the option to be blindfolded with a piece of fabric before facing the firing squad who will be lined up anywhere from five to 10 metres in front of them. The confronting decisions continue for the death row inmates with the opportunity to choose whether to stand, sit or kneel before a cross is placed over their hearts acting as a target for the 12 riflemen - of which nine will have blanks and only three will have live rounds. If necessary their hands or feet will be tied to a 3m high pole or worse still - a wooden execution chair. And after the shooting, if doctors confirm that there are still sign of life in them, the commander will shoot the inmates in the head. http://www.gistalive.com/2015/04/hownigerians-condemned-Indonesia-will-be-executed.html

Mr. Osom Makbere, Bayelsa state PDP publicity secretary, blamed Goodluck Jonathan's wife and the signing of the anti-gay bill as some factors that contributed to President Jonathan's defeat. He said that both international and local factors contributed to the loss. "Jonathan was a victim and target of international cum domestic esoteric codes and conspiracies. On the international level, the passage of the anti-gay legislation led to criticisms and face-off with the US, and the West. The strides made in the economic sphere, especially domestic rice promotion, calculated by the Jonathan administration to flip economic growth, and boost import substitution, also negatively alerted the West. The shift to China for our railway transformation, and recently, the migration to Russia for arms and ammunition to quelling the insurgency also signalled to the West that Jonathan had started constituting a self-reliant and dependent nation-state, a feat seen too tall by the US and their allies in the West. The aforesaid international factors found room to flourish given the obstinacy and impudence on the part of Mrs. Jonathan. The end result of her personal ambition to plant ‘self-made’ governors triggered face-offs with some governors.” he told Punch http://www.gistalive.com/2015/04/anti-gay-bill-patience-made-jonathan-lose-election.html |

This is getting really really interesting!!! Pearl Chuks, the luxury shopper who had issues with Tonto Dikeh says Tonto has burnt the bags and sent her the video. Hi ladies & gents,to conclude this matter with @tontolet,I told her to keep the things because clearly she already used it you can see by the rollers of the luggage,@iamdencia said she will pay for it.I wanted to thanks Everyone who believed me & everyone who didn't,putting this out was just to help someone who was being bullied by someone because they thought they are bigger & had a platform. She decided to burn the things because she couldn't return them used and she recorded this video and sent to me.I appreciate all of you who offered to pay for it but I can't make you all pay for her mistakes. The person burning them is her assistant peter who went to cash the cheque that bounced & he was also the one who picked up the goods by a church in Lekki when Tontoh ordered them, she never gave an address (that's how you know they won't pay you) that's why I couldn't pickup the things because she never gave a home address and she never responded calls or messages.i want to officially end this mess, when you are dealing with crazy people (you can tell by the pain in her voice on this video masked by laughs) you have to let their evil and nativity go. http://www.gistalive.com/2015/04/seriously-tonto-dikeh-burns-bags-from.html |
