People still use the word Wack anymore?? ??
Romance / Re: Bust It Baby- The Nasty Black America Girls by milknhoney(f): 3:33am On Dec 13, 2008
Is it just me or does the Original Poster seem to be generalizing All Black American women as this stereotype?? I mean the idiot genius confessed that mostly the Black American women he sees are of this genre.

This is truly a pathetic and irrelevant argument. I mean on television I mostly see Nigerians as the so called MasterMinds behind 419 and scamming, but doesn't mean I'm dim witted enough to label all Nigerians as such.

I guess I'm the only one who is seeing this because what I saw in the video was nothing more appalling then the idiotic stereotypical comments derived from the Original Poster.

These are the sort things I expect from uneducated Nigerians being that I have noticed these Nigerians have some sort of problem with Black Americans.

I can't even stand dreadlocks. A single hairstyle from year to year, what a bore.
I personally am not one to advocate dreadlocks for the fact that I just never found the hair style appealing.
The only man that I personally feel can really pull of the look goes to: Jeff Johnson, The BET Reporter.
His are always intact and nicely styled.
Fashion / Re: Wigs, Weaves And Perms Symbolize Self Hate by milknhoney(f): 7:50pm On Nov 24, 2008
Seriously I'm starting to believe the Original Poster is a Born-Again African.
I mean who seriously preaches about {Nubian} this and {Nubian} that.
Who is this {Nubian} anyway??
He is obviously a proclaimed (westerner) trying to get in touch back with his {African} roots.
Nubian ko, (old)bian ni.
Romance / Re: Approaching A Lady:how Do You Break Though Her Defences by milknhoney(f): 10:49pm On Nov 23, 2008
This is upmost amusing. I'm the one being accused of getting overly emotional {hormonal} on such a subject yet see who is the one posting continuous degrading names.

Another menopausal women {woman} who hates {the} truth.  How many men have had their way with you or people you know in one unscrupulous way or another?  Don't lie.
It is obvious that you sir are the one going through a "hormonal" time for the fact that you are the same character chastising Ebony-silk on basic physics but as you can see, you fail in simple basic English.

Is it just me or do any of you ladies feel like slapping this guy across the face?? Just a thought.

Fashion / Re: Wigs, Weaves And Perms Symbolize Self Hate by milknhoney(f): 6:33am On Nov 23, 2008
I personally I have no problem with women who go for that forsaken "Natural" look, but when they begin to degrade upon those who choose an alternative route is when I have a problem.

Eventually I might go back to my "Natural" look, what ever the hell that is but, I will not parade around telling old black people tales with my giant slave spoon, singing. . .

Wade in the water
Wade in the water
Children now
Wade in the water
God treble the waters

Karma, abi ooo

I just took out my ghana braids. Went out to go buy some more conditioner, see me see trouble. If you the looks I was getting, una think plague don enter body.

Tried the whole "Natural" hair thing for a while. It was glamorous the first few months, but soon after, I was taking headache medicine from all the intense combing I had to do.

What I don't get is why those who go for that "Natural" look have this "Holier Than Thou" attitude. As if their one act of "self-improvement" places them onto a pedistoole.

Tufiakwa.

I wonder what Igbo head looks like. . . . .
And for someone who claims to "Love Yourba heads" you could at least spell it right.
In my diction it is spelled "Yoruba"
not "Yourba". See the difference.

I only wear it come winter time. Something about it just screams winter to me.
But I only use it for its smell because come winter I tend to cling to my Olay 24 hr Quench.

@ All.
I think a person's inside beauty matters more than the outside look sha. . . . sincerely. undecided
Reminds me of something I heard on this one Spanish Soap Opera.
Seriously. . . . . this line is so tired and abused come up with something new.
If you met a girl who resembled the face of a Pitbull with a side order of jiggling arms and a muffin top. And don't forget the haven't been washed in two months hair on her head. You would be the first to shout wahala. Abeg re evaluate what impression you are trying to put on.
Inner beauty ko, outer beauty ni.

ps - I'm not saying women don't like darker skinned men (compared to other Africans with slightly less dark skin), but the contraption known as 'tall dark and handsome' is a completely anglo-saxon invention, nothing to do with negro people.  tongue
LMAO!!!!!
I was so going to say that but okay whatevers.
Hehehehe. . . . reminds me of my Ivanhoe days,

Italians come to mind when it comes to dark and handsome. cool
When I hear this saying, I usual think of one of those Spaniards from the Euro Cup, but I guess that is just me.

Culture / Re: Would You Have A Wedding Reception At Mcdonalds by milknhoney(f): 10:58pm On Nov 17, 2008
Personally I feel having my reception at McDonalds is so beneath my vision of a wedding. I mean I don't see why you couldn't atleast had the food (McDonalds) at your house instead of the "actual" restaurant.

I don't think that a person who can't even afford having their once in a lifetime wedding reception should be getting married anyways. I rather wait a year or a few months. So that we could be in the financial arrangement to have a decent civilized wedding reception.

McDonalds, Popeyes, CiCi, Red Lobster, Joes Crab Shack, Incredible House of Pancakes, The Waffle House, Chilis, etc. Just don't seem like the Wedding Reception type to me but as another said, different strokes for different folks.

Well there is this other one that I don't know how to spell it though. . . . it is made from cassava and you let it dry then like you cook it with palm oil. . . . idk

Basically it for me but there is more just can't think of it right now.
Culture / Re: African Americans Lack Values And Culture by milknhoney(f): 5:10am On Nov 14, 2008
I always thought it was hypicritical when Nigerian parents would falsely claim that AA's no culture of their own.
Just because they thought what they held was better.
So how true is it you ask. . . . . . it is as true as Nigeria getting a reasonable president within the next open term.

But what baffles me is that how some of these same parents who claim AA's have no culture, are the same bunch who didn't pass that forsaken culture to their own young.

Another wonder of the world.
Culture / Re: African Americans Lack Values And Culture by milknhoney(f): 2:44am On Nov 14, 2008
Never understood why so much reluctance when it came to AA's.
Personally I don't have a problem with black people of all origins I mean what is there to have a problem with.
Not like any one is better than the other. We all are basically lurking behind every other nationality because at least each nationality has that one country that is doing well.
What of Blacks??
Not a single one.
