You would still need it eventually so since you have certificate u can always just request it eventually.

A-level is another means for admissions into DE, from last year most of those admitted were A-levels for medicine tho. Tho you can try ur luck ur chances are better with a first class

I want to buy the jamb direct entry form when it comes out this year to apply for medicine and surgery in U.I. Please how possible is it and does the direct entry student write exam before admission. Firstly UI doesn't write exams for admissions, but if you must choose them you have to first purchase the Direct Entry form from jamb, fill online and submit at jamb office. Then get your documents ready, when UI eventually calls for Direct Entry applicants which is usually after Putme. You submit pay to bank to get your pin to log in, upload and submit your documents. Then hope and pray for admissions. Although if u were using A'level you stand a better chance of being admitted as UI favours A'levels. Then again you can try your luck and have faith, to me I would advise you choose a school that writes exams for entry. That way as long as you pass you are sure of entry, other than the non exams selection which may not favor you regardless of your degree grade, thus A'levels being favored more. To the best of my knowledge sha.

Score really high in jamb nd PUTME and pray to God. I don't know the cut off for last year tho

Hmm..., maybe this explains the reason (sticking to a course without changing it) why i have not been given admission yet. I scored 76 in the putme, applied for Economics and later changed to Accouting.

And you chose lasu as first choice

I have a question for those who wrote the exam, what was the exam format for utme and DE? For those who have seen the admissions list, how many people were admitted for Utme and those admitted for DE? Has any info been given for fees? And was catchment used or was it strictly merit? Thank you for answering

The cutoff mark is gotten from your post jamb scores only.

So not maths, or general knowledge or the sorts? So the jamb score whether 200 or 280 doesn't count for much?

If u really want to get into mbbs pick ui.
Merit quota is more than 92 percent.
Transparent to the core 137 were picked on merit out of a total no of 147.
