I purchased a yezz phone of 8400 naira on around 16th of march 2016 ,the phone had a very bad battery life of about 2hours,fast forward
to 4months to this the time of purchase the phone couldn't come up again,i took the phone back to them at their ikeja office since it was still under warrante,i was given a form and told to come back after 5working days ,was assured their engineer will fix it.
on the 5th day sent me staff only for the engineer to tell me the parts were scare,this is the 6th month of my phone being with them still no news .
My greatest anger is not the N8,400 but the contacts i lost with that phone was over 600phone numbers,and i have warned severally dat i will put write up on the media may be it will hasten or make them repair or replace the phone.
Dear nairalanders this is not an act to tanish their image is just a call for us to stand up in this country for quality products ,because most of this store think nigerians are fools.

@mikkyangel,give him the breakdown of his balance and don't get mad when customers seek clarifications especially if the breakdown is different from what they originally thought. Its not nice for you and your clients to be exchanging insults anywhere. Explain to him how the bank charges came about. I think you should also boldly state all your charges on the first page of this thread so that you don't have to repeat yourself all the time.

Please,don't depend on free shipping services especially in this Buhari period. It appears you have an issue with the exchange rate he used to calculate the purchase. The exchange rate is open to fluctuations and this might have affected the transaction. Both of you can work out the bank charges.

I believe Mikkyangel has a fixed shipping charge and I know he gives discount over a period for selected clients. It is too late to start talking about the charge especially when the items have already been shipped. You can only address the issue if both of you agreed on a charge and he changed it at the point of collection.

Personally, I would prefer clients pick up all their items instead of handpicking at the point of collection. If for some reason you are unable to do so,talk to him and hope he reasons with you.

Abeg,make una settle this issue quick quick like gentlemen.

Thanks aeromon. i never depended on free shipping, i just asked. The exchange rate flunctuation does not come in play here except for shipping charges because item has already long been bought and some even delivered before the rate changed or whatever. the items were bought and paid for on the 11th he sent wutapp message on the 17th, i dont think its fair on anybody to do fresh calculations based on the new rate for items that has already been bought a week back with another rate. i dont have a problem paying but it has to be done right.

Total items from amazon is $371.27 check your records. please stop using $340 to calculate for me, i already bought those items over 3 weeks ago gtbank rate was $330.(if you insist it was $340 show me proof) Therefore recalculate. as for what you did to me and my friend it'll be hard to forget. and i hope same happens to you.

you shipped 2 phones and 2 headsets + 2 other items(phone case and bulb) that when put together probably weighs less than one of the phone and i paid you completely for everything except for one item that costs around $80(last minute buy after i paid you) which you willingly accepted to buy. the total cost of things purchased from amazon is $371.27 and you imposed on me $380.76.(ok maybe you miscalculated) but is it me? or do you really charge $20 for each of the phone that weighs 158g and each of the headset that weighs 2 pounds?(that is 30k for 2 phones and headsets) or did you factor in the other small items(phone case and bulb) if you did at what cost? again i dont know how you arrived at your calculations of $35 for bank charge i have politely asked you how but you have ignored me despite so many calls and messages(am not surprised since day one i could always sense your arrogance)

Just to express my gratitude. To mr pristine. I brought my white accord to your shop. For baking. The job was tastefully done, mr pristine took it like it was his personal car, I mean the car had to go back twice to the panel beater as mr pristine was still not satisfied(even thou I could manage the work done). I went home happily that Saturday with my machine looking like brand new.
The next Sunday morning on my way back from service a car hit me from behind. The damage was severe to an extent so you can imagine my rage when I saw the damage.(mehn the car paint smell was still very fresh and this guy just come from nowhere) I came out, the culprit was a man coming back from church with his family. Omo no see begging oooo. The wife and the kids join too. Plus some bystanders that saw what happened. Mehnnnn .... My 100% determination that the man must pay just reduce to zero. The begging was just too much from everybody. ( guy I concluded that day that the best time to jam somebody's car was on a Sunday afternoon LOL)Went back to mr pristine to access the damage and see what it will cost but to my surprise after narrating my ordeal the man offered to do it free. Thanks boss it's been a while but I'll never forget.
