She is thinking whether or not to take a tailor to join her.
She is afraid if she will be able to afford to pay the tailor.
So she is just struggling.
Making very few items and having low revenue each month.
Here is my advice to her.
I will number it so it is easy to understand what I advised her.
1. Stop sewing complicated clothes immediately. They take too long and you don't have the time.
2. The goal for you is to make money, it is not to make the most beautiful red carpet dresses. You do not have the capacity, leave it for those who do.
3. Switch to making simple clothes that have no breast pad, stones, corsets and all that drama.
4. Make simple clothes that look like ready-to-wear and focus on selling to plus-size women. These women buy like mad when they find simple nice designs.
5. The 15 hours you use in sewing one complicated dress that will pay you 20k (that's if the customer agrees to pay), use it and sew 15 simple plus-size dresses with no lining and no drama.
6. Hire two tailors immediately. Buy 2 more machines immediately
7. Focus on finding simple but interesting styles, you cut, they sew.
8. Work on a daily target of maybe making 6 items everyday. They can each easily make 3 simple dresses that have no complications.
9. Learn Facebook Ads. Take some pictures and start advertising for plus-size women to come to you for budget-priced casual dresses and tops. Showcase your many designs and tell them to order in variety of colors
10. Do a pricing matrix so you encourage a person to buy more.
Example - 1 dress is 10k, 3 is 25k, 5 is 38k
11. Change your mentality from best tailor to money machine.
12. No be who sew pass dey make money. Na who get sense pass
She was soooo happy.
She thanked me and ran off to implement.
Remember, the goal in business is to make money doing something excellently well. You mustn't do the hardest thing.
You can do a simple thing excellently well.
Someone somewhere is selling only white rice and making over 500k sales daily while someone else is struggling to sell 20 items on a menu and making far less.

According to Chioma's narrative, when it got to her turn and she was asked the usual questions, she answered as best she could and tried her best to always put a smile on her face.

After the interview, as she was about leaving, the only lady in the panel smiled and said "this your skin glow is very "Obidient", let's chat on your skincare routine and products, I can see you are deliberate and intentional about how you look. Besides your also have an impressive resume."
Chioma said she was surprised but smiled back and thanked her for, pointing out that her skin looked more radiant than hers and they both laughed before she excused herself from in the office.

Professor Charles Dokubo cannot flagrantly abuse the power of his office by reneging on the terms of a valid contract he signed with the entire presidential amnesty programme students with his two eyes opened.
Under Nigerian law of contract, Professor Charles Dokubo has so far committed a serious breach of the contract between the Federal government and the amnesty programme students numbering over 700 which he has withheld their financial entitlements according to the clear terms of the document below he gave all of them to sign on resumption of office.
Trietel, in his book law of contract, defines contract thus..
"An agreement given rise to obligations which are recognized or enforced by law"
Prof I. E. Sagay in his book, Nigerian law of contract defines contract thus..
"A contract is an agreement which the law will enforce or recognize as affecting the legal rights and duties of the parties".

For a contract to be valid and binding on the parties, it must have the following important ingredients.
* Offer
* Acceptance
* Consideration
* Intention to enter into legal relations.

From the evidence above in the attached document , it is crystal clear that there was a valid contract between the Federal government of Nigeria and the Niger Delta presidential amnesty students to train them in the clear terms specified in the document.
It is trite law that once an offer has been giving by the promisor to the promisee, and the terms of the agreement has been accepted by the offeree and a consideration is duly furnished, the contract is binding. There is no mistaken of the facts that from the correspondence between these students and the amnesty office, there was a clear intention to enter into legal relations that was vividly contemplated from the beginning to be legally binding on Prof Charles Dokubo and the students. He must be estoppelled from brazenly breaching a contract he entered with students with his two eyes opened for equity not to be defeated in this clear case of oppression and discrimination that can only go unchecked in a lawless country.

THE Delta State Government has approved 24 schools in various communities in the three senatorial districts of the state.
Speaking after the State Executive Council (EXCO) meeting held in Government House, Asaba, yesterday, the state Commissioner for Information, Mr. Patrick Ukah, said that out of the 24, eight are primary schools, 14 are secondary schools and two secondary schools that were closed down by the Buhari/Idiagbon military regime.

According to Mr. Ukah, the primary schools are Saitoru Primary School, Enekorogha, Akporowo Primary School, Youbebe, Iyeye Primary School, Iyeye, and Bobougbene Primary School, Bobougbene, all in Burutu Local Government Area.
Others are Ozumu Primary School, Ugute-Ogume, Ndokwa West, Jero Primary School, Aza-Ama, Olubakagbene Primary School, Olubakagbene, and Ugogomeje Primary School, Koko, all in Warri North.

The commissioner listed the secondary schools to include, Isioma Onyeobi College and Agulu Secondary School, both in Asaba, Oshimili South Local Government Area, Oruchi Comprehensive High School, Amachai, Okpanam, Oshimili North, Ugwa Secondary School, Obodougwa-Ogume, Ndokwa West, Government Secondary School, Owhelogbo, Isoko North, Orie Secondary School, Orie-Irri, Isoko South and Odovie Secondary School, Odovie, Ughelli North.

Also approved are Odedegho Secondary School, Odedegho, Ughelli North, Obi-Obeti Secondary School, Obi-Obeti, Ukwuani, Wobomini Secondary School, Uyabebekorogha, Warri North, Umulo Secondary School, Umulo-Olomu, Ughelli South, Apelebiri College, Bolou-Apelebri, Patani, Egbo-Ideh Secondary School, Egbo-Ideh, Ughelli South and Abalagada Secondary School, Abalagada, Ndokwa East.

The two schools that were closed down, but now reopened by the state government are Ogbolubiri Secondary School, Ogbeigbene, Burutu Local Government Area and Omosuomo Secondary School, Omosuomo Waterside, Ughelli South.
Mr. Ukah further revealed that the EXCOl also approved the completion of the new town resettlement for Okerenkoko in Gbaramatu, Warri South West Local Government Area.
