I dont pity anybody that is suicidal. The statement comes to me as being selfish. If you dont value your life, think of people that have invested into your life. I had a cousin that die by suicide shortly after graduating from university, his single mother investment and struggle on him just gone.

Yes, I understand you feel pained by your cousin dying by suicide and the thought of your grieving aunt left behind.

I work with suicidal adolescents, the one I am presently working with attempts suicide at least twice a day despite 4 workers being around him 24hrs and UK govt paying heavily for it (those 4 workers at every 12 hrs shift on its own costs about £960, not to talk of overhead costs) the police and the ambulance are daily called in and the youngster ends up in the hospital and still makes efforts to attempt suicide even while in the hospital.

Suicidal thoughts is a grave mental health issue, where self-preservation has switched off in the person's brain as suicidal ideation offers a relieving feeling and the person eagerly seeks it.....it is tough for them.

Were you expecting them to work full-time during term...35hrs and above is full-time. During holidays they can work as much as they can...I did pull 60hrs in a week in 5 days.

Where a man has to choose one over another, is an indication of a toxic family set up.

A wife can never replace the man's mother neither can a mother replace her son's wife.....it shouldn't cross each other as each must face front in mutual respect and sense of respecting boundaries.

Once a man or a woman gets married, his and her birth family becomes extended family members to the couple and the marital union takes precedent while maintaining healthy relationships with these relatives.

Be intentional on who you are marrying, look beyond the superficial and be keen on the personality type he or she represents and how it can fit in.

Go to a fertility clinic, pay for eggs and have your sperm fertilize it then have it inseminated into the woman that would carry the pregnancy (the fertility clinic would facilitate getting a surrogate mother after financial terms have been agreed upon). After the birth of your child, you can give the baby to your mama to nurture.....no baby mama, no wife, no stranger, no wahala!

Beside if my mother is the one worrying her, then my wife has to tell me because i know how to handle the issue, the one reason she will have the guts to retaliate back is when i am not playing my role as a husband to maintain peace. With the exchange rate going crazy I believe it will be a bit challenging living in the UK. Just want to share this idea on freezing of foods.

In the UK (food) products close to expiry date are sold at discounted rates. In fact some can be shocking rates with original price of item for £3.15 sold at 99p. But because of our limited knowledge about freezing, we tend to avoid buying those things.

I just want to tell you, you can actually buy the food item and freeze it. Frozen poultry and meat retains their food nutrients. They don’t loose their nutrient and the nutrients change is very little even for vegetable. You can read about this to understand better.

There are so many stores in the UK with discounted food products on daily. Super Stores in mostly location with less people in the area usually have more discounted product. Find out the store in your location that regularly have these food products or the food products you use. From fish to meat, chicken, sausage and even pizza are available on shocking discounted prices.

As a student in the UK, feeding is a bit expensive after fees and rent. And to feed properly will require you spending a lot. The county already has electricity and most of us don’t turn the freezer off, so why not make good use of it.

Trust me I know it’s not our thing, and I know you might be thinking “sey no b suffer I de suffer like this”? But no, no be suffer, na sense you de use. If I knew about this when I was a student, I for eat better suya and BBQ with discounted lamp meat.

Please read about freezing food yourself so that you are convinced, and not just do it cos someone suggested it.

I used to go buy those clearance in the evenings (around 8p.m) at the Morrisons that was walking distance to my place back then during my student days......it was dirt cheap and my refrigerator was always well stocked.
