Human development index matters most, they are only subsidising poverty in both regions
Ironically, the same Northwest that produced Shagari, Abacha, Yar'dua and Buhari still has the highest number of out of school children in Nigeria, making the region an endless pool for the recruitment into banditry and terrorism, yet they claim to be the smartest when it comes to politics but politics that does not reflect in human capital development, still some of their enlightened ones on social media would be living in denial of their reality while focusing on demeaning the South East that is way ahead of them

They might spend close to what they spent on election for court case which the petition self don't have solid ground.

Which federal ministry of education? You are going too far. At least that one can be influenced somehow.

Check out the NTIC annual maths competition organized by the Turks and see how well ibo kids are doing. I was involved with that examination for about 7 years and the largest number of top 15 winners apart from the Indians from India Language School, Lagos are ibo children. I am saying the yorubas have relaxed too much. We're associating too much with northerners. Dey there dey talk of past glory. We need to sit up. Our governors are not proactive. They're too lazy. And individual families too need to face the welfare and positive exposure of kids!
I strongly believe one of the key things missing is positive mentorship as I am a product of one.....I was mentored to achieved what I have in the field of Clinical Child Psychology as back then I was exposed to the possibilities that laid ahead if I opt for Psychology and today, I am living some of those possibilities and I am so passionate about regularly having talks with young ones in secondary school about better directions in life of which education is central.

Even here in the UK, I regularly come across many Nigerian students doing their Masters with clearly no sense of direction, disillusioned by the reality on ground which started with the wrong choice of Masters program when they would likely end with care jobs which can be depressing.

Only their females go to school.

The males are always in the market doing boi-boi.

Majority are illiterates.
Now it is only their females? cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Illiterates whey sabi write invoices and receipts. cheesy

Go do survey on those who did boi-boi and were "settled" within the last 10 years and find out the percentage of them who are now enrolled into part-time programs in tertiary institutions.

I am proud to say that when I lived in Nairobi, I inspired many igbo traders there to continue with their education part-time in various Kenyan universities. I facilitated getting their WAEC results equalized to Kenya's standard and their university admissions.

2 out of those igbo traders who have now graduated with a degree have moved to the UK for their masters while still supervising their shops in Kenya, one is even cargoing tokunbo spare parts from the UK to Lagos as one of his side hustles! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Yorubas are the richest, most educated tribe.

https://www.nairaland.com/3918290/yorubas-most-industriousrichest-educated-tribe
Going by JAMB's data which was verified and validated by the National Bureau of Statistics between 2011-2015, Imo state alone had 9,491 of her indigenes gaining admission to study Medicine in various Nigerian universities, Anambra State had about 7,500 of her indigenes gaining admission to study Medicine, then Enugu with 6,500 indigenes.

Those three states alone even without Abia and Ebonyi, had 23,491 of their indigenes gaining admission to study Medicine within those 5 years, far outpacing every other region......the Federal Government knows why they have always fixed the highest average cut-off mark for national common entrance exam on the igbos! cheesy

That's because
1. I'm the last born of the family, he is way older than me.
2. I knew it was what he chose and most especially what his wife made him to be.
3. I knew he did everything deliberately, and that's because my he believed my mum/family didn't want the both of them together .

So I know the case, I have no reason to fight him or anything.
So also you have no reason to fight his now widow.

Face front and build your own life, start your own family and let her and her children be!
Travel › Re: UK Skilled Worker Visa / Health And Care Worker Visa / Qualified Teacher Route by Mindlog: 8:15am On Apr 25, 2023
Those still looking for jobs should also go beyond care jobs and expand their search to Children Residential Support Worker jobs if one feels qualified as it offers more prospects.

There are some children homes thst OFSTED (regulatory agency) approved for only one child. And that one child, would have at least 8 members of staff working there on shifts as stipulated by government....house manager, team lead and 6 support workers.

The job role as a support worker is to be the professional parent to the young person living in care while on shift and it is important the support worker can drive because during the day shift, one is expected to drive the house car as he or she goes shopping for the house, take the young person to his/her hospital appointments, shopping, sightseeing etc.

When we tell Guys dont marry a woman your family ain't confidently in agreement with they'd bring up a real man this and that. Now this is one of the results, The Wife will move on in couple of weeks while the pain stays with the real family for a long time

Guys out there you really need to wake up tbh cuz I can't seem to understand how a woman would easily turn you from the Parent and Siblings you spent virtually most of ur life with
So a man's wife and children are his fake family?

Just make sure you marry your sister or female cousin, so your family will continue to be real!
Family › Re: Should I Get My Brother's Wife Arrested, After His Demise? by Mindlog:
Go have an autopsy done and should leave her alone to mourn her husband as she figures out how to move on with the kids he left behind.

Your late brother didn't tell you anything, why heap it on the wife?

Stop counting scores, both real and imagined but if you insist, just know you are very likely going to get estranged from your late brother's children and you can't force a relationship with them as kids and when they become adults.

Toddlers must be very limited to screen time but unfortunately, many parents use it to keep their toddlers engaged.

They should be playing with toys, molding with plasticine which would help their little hands and fingers gain strength, colouring which helps their eye-hand coordination, having them sing along to nursery rhymes etc.

I bet the total number of SA citizens in the whole of Sudan no go pass four, including the ambassador! As for our dearly beloved nation, even public evacuation no go fit comot all the Nigerians wen dey there. I won’t be surprised if I hear some of our people are still coming into Sudan, even now! grin
SA citizens rarely go to other African countries to hustle on the streets and when you find them there, they are either investors or working as expatriates.

From her mother to her aunt, then to her father who is now living with his wife.....that kid has been tossed around and her behavioural disorder being enabled!

The young child is struggling with her own issues, you are struggling with yours and your husband is also struggling with his own......so the dysfunctionality in the family is not odd.
