Kingspin:
Have you heard anybody say Obi built Anambra? Noo
What we are hearing is what Obi did during his 8yrs only.
Because no one built any State, the States existed before they became governors and remained after they left office.

Propaganda can be sold successfully to those who don't know Lagos! cheesy cheesy cheesy
Politics › Re: Regardless, Cut Peter Obi Some Slacks by Mindlog: 7:51pm On Jan 13, 2023
Obi has gingered the 2023 race, less voters' apathy. Many who hitherto don't bother with voting, are eagerly awaiting the date to vote

Since your in-laws are reluctant in reporting the deadbeat father, they should shoulder the responsibilities or better still, go drop the older kids at their father's family home, his relatives will smoke him out to come take care of his children while your in-laws focus on the twins.

Only if you were based in Nigeria but it clearly shows you are less concerned about the aftermath of the wrong decisions of the easterners. Come back first so we can talk better
And Easterners supporting PDP since 1999 had not been a wrong decision?

24 years later, you are still buying the story of "Igbo presidency is only achievable through Atiku? Akin to the sweet nothings men do tell ladies to get them into their beds. cheesy cheesy

Your massive votes ends online, it’s entirely a different thing in reality. You think Obi doesn’t know he can’t win? I laugh in Paris. Tinubu is politically one hell of a lucky dude lol. See as God is using his enemies to lead him to victory
No be only laugh in Paris but a keen mind sees through your apprehension regarding Atiku's chances because if his victory sure for you die, why this thread?

Let the "inconsequential" Obi be, it will not affect Atiku's victory because Obi is just making noise but Nna, Obi's involvement in the ring has changed the dynamics as Atiku thought he was only going to battle the APC's candidate. cheesy cheesy cheesy

I love this electoral circle, it is colourful and intriguing....life goes on irrespective of who wins. cheesy cheesy

We must all accept the winner at the end of the election. Make I no hear say Buhari don rigg for tinubu. If igbos were calculative with politics they should know Obi is just a distraction and indirectly helping tinubu to victory. I dy wait una wailings
How can Obi be a distraction when he has no "structures" nor the electoral numbers? cheesy

Because I am not supporting Atiku? The same Atiku, I met at the University campus in Cambridge severally when we were studying there, whey I no even bother to go over and pay my respect to. Everybody face front.

I have been doing my own bit, but I can't really understand how my Igbo people reason, we lack strategic planning and reasoning, they have been abusing me, if Tinubu wins, it is we igbos and wicked Peter obi that knows he can't win but deceived his people the blame will be on, but I won't come to nairaland for 1month, because the ridicule we will receive from yorubas will be too much
Feel free to stay away from Nairaland if your candidate don't win, ndi strategic planning and reasoning.

PDP have been deceiving majority of Ndigbios that have been consistent with their support since 1999, what have they gained from it?

With a Northerner being in Aso Rock for the past 8 years, why didn't Atiku play the elder stateman and support Southern Presidency?

It just like the sane Arthur Eze who is now supporting Atiku, opened his same mouth to tell Ndigbo when Buhari was campaigning for 2nd term, that when Ndigbo vote for Buhari, it will be the surest of getting the Presidency after his tenure.....what is the reality now? For how long are you going to be deceived with 'support me now, I will remember you later"?

Peter Obi has the right to aspire and I choose to be "deceived" by him, what can get worse?
Politics › Re: My Message To Ndigbos Concerning The Upcoming Presidential Election by Mindlog: 2:07pm On Jan 13, 2023
peepydelano:
meaning you’ll be ok with tinubu winning. I laugh so hard at people who still think Obi stand a chance.
Leave Tinubu out of it, I ask again what has Ndigbo benefitted from their consistency with PDP?

Why did Atiku feel the PDP's ticket should not have been zoned to the South bearing in mind that a Northerner presently occupies the Presidency? I guess his personal ambition comes first. angry

I am not a fan of Atiku, reason I didn't bother to go greet him many times I came across him in campus here in Cambridge when he was doing his Masters as I was also doing mine but when Peter Obi came to Cambridge to give a talk, I took the day off from work to go listen to him, whether he wins or loses.

So free feel to laugh, it is not as if it would get worse for me

We can't verify those are Yorubas.

Yanmiri love to put on Yoruba attire. It gives them a elite, sophisticated image. They stand out from among the primitive isiagu and wrapper tying, winter hat head, snuff inhaling crowd.

If you agree otherwise, mention the name of Tinubu's biological father.

Tired2022:
Nothing is wrong with yam and oil but that's not a balanced diet.

I spend 4-5 on feeding daily. For instance, I bought fruits last night for dinner and it cost me 4.5k. I also bought a crate of egg for 2.5k.
I still maintain that if you are allocating N100k monthly just for feeding yourself, it is ridiculous you still have to eat twice a day to save cost.
Family › Re: Is 500k Income Really That Small?? by Mindlog: 10:57am On Jan 13, 2023
Tired2022:
Since you don't stay in Nigeria, then you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

"they are married men with 2 children who spend same monthly and they eat 3 times a day"

What is the quality of food? If I eat yam and oil or eat a wack soup for days, I wouldn't spend up to 100k.
I have a good idea because there are people back in Nigeria, I support their feeding and constantly up to date with prices.

What is wack about yam and oil, especially spiced with pepper? huh

If you "indeed" earn such, spending 100k monthly on feeding yourself and still starve yourself of a meal then something is fundamentally wrong at your end
Family › Re: Is 500k Income Really That Small?? by Mindlog: 10:16am On Jan 13, 2023
Tired2022:
I just don't understand, your reply makes it feel I live in a different country.

Alright, to cook a pot of stew is average of 10k

2k - Tomatoes
Meat - 5k
Oil - 8.5k - to be used subsequently
Misc - 2k

A kilo of meat is now 3k. Old layer chicken is 4k and 6k for broiler. Titus fish is 1.2k per one.

So I honestly don't know how you spend less. Can you elaborate.
I am not based in Nigeria but it still doesn't add up, spending N100k monthly on feeding and eating twice a day to save cost while in the same Nigeria, they are married men with 2 children who spend same monthly and they eat 3 times a day.

Please let's be very frank, how do you intend to save "nearly everything"?

Because I have even limited my feeding to twice daily just to cut cost and stop other lifestyles that take money away.

Just how do you intend to save nearly everythinghuh I would like to know and will apply it.
And you are spending 100k monthly on feeding?...... Tales by moonlight, uncle tell us another story. cheesy cheesy cheesy

Yes, the 500k monthly income is very small. Aim for at least 2 million naira per month
