Leave that house because you are very likely to act on that voice that is arousing you. |
Karleb:I am calm and sipping my coffee. ![]() |
MummyCares:Would your husband who you say is also on Nairaland, not know it is you posting this story without even using your old account? ![]() Like earlier posted, opening a new account to solicit for money is a huge waving red flag! |
Channah1:Na you suppose to ask yourself dat question, who puts up a public notice when they want to disengage from Nairaland, If not one who craves for attention? ![]() |
OlawaleBammie:She does not have the capacity to leave Nairaland as a different username will come up, patterns don't lie! ![]() |

Your first priority should be how to earn a steady income not marriage and procreating! |
Pictures of foolishness in action. |
I will suggest you start out as a tutorial centre for those preparing for WAEC and JAMB, likewise after school classes for those in J S.S 1-S S.2. |
Most times, it ends in regrets and many cover it up though there are exceptions. |

Ken4Christ:My educational background is in mental health, worked in Psychiatric facilities outside Nigeria and relocated to the UK to do my specialty in clinical child psychology, which is a skill in the shortage list and so far it has been rewarding work-wise....in future when I get my certification as a Play therapist, it doubles the income but for now, I have no reason to complain. ![]() If one has a degree in Psychology in Nigeria, he/she has more chances in the UK than one with the degree in Mechanical Engineering. Graduate with at least a Second class upper in Psychology, get the graduate membership of the British Psychological Society as that would qualify you to work as an assistant psychologist in the UK. That Psychology degree can also qualify you to work as a SEN (Special Education Needs) teaching assistant, where you get assist a child special needs in the classroom, work starts 8.30a.m and ends 3.30p.m Monday to Friday and if recruited through an agency, the pay is between £350-£500 weekly and can do other jobs over the weekend as side hustle. There is also the option of working in a mental health facility, that should be earning one who works full time a minimum of £900 weekly depending on the position. |
Eyah, he just wants to have former presidential candidate attached to his name. ![]() |
fulaniHERDSman:Keep preaching the surrogacy option as so many are scared of the finances involved and fear of nurturing the babies themselves thus the #teambabymama. |
Ken4Christ:UK is not the US but also a developed country. The guy is no Floyd Mayweather that is stupendously rich but a truck driver! I guess you believe he has investments that is probably yielding him over $20,000 monthly , in addition to his earnings as a truck driver. ![]() The mothers of those children are very likely to be cashing out welfare benefits from the State! |
Ken4Christ:j I live in the UK and know for a fact that whatever the guy earns, even if it is $6,000 after tax monthly, he still cannot fend for those children from his earnings. If he is paying $500 per month (which is even way little) as child support for each child,, how many children will his salary support , putting in mind that he, himself also need to eat, pay rent, change clothes etc? |
9jaHustler:Ok Wishing you all well and do make best use of the opportunities that will come your way. |
Very irresponsible and would be expecting taxes paid by those who are controlling their procreation to be used to cater for his children. |
9jaHustler:Beautiful family. Reminds me of my own arrival ...... welcome to the UK, may this relocation(presuming you are not just visiting) lead you all to self-actualization. |
There are chances some of the kids are not biologically his. How much is he earning from truck driving that can support those children? |
I encourage you to go learn POP and house interior. |
Security-wise, it is risky giving out one's number to a random person and even allowing them into one's apartment within a very short time after meeting them. You don't need to hold his hands but can send him leads he can follow up via WhatsApp, if he has the drive |
kelvine:I laughed when I saw it. ![]() |
Tobijays:Being mad or not before giving birth has never be the criteria for diagnosing postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis. Some men, after the birth of their baby also do experience postpartum depression . There is wisdom in first clinically eliminating postpartum depression as the root of the mood disorder she has been exhibiting. |
Second cousin, meaning you share the same great-grandparents. Since he is your half-brother, meaning you share a parent together (either your dad or your mum and different mum or dad). Is this second cousin from the side of your shared parent? |
EkelediliBuhari:But I hope you know that no objective feedback can substitute lived experience? |
Even if her family is in support of you taking the baby away from her, you can't before the law unless you all can clinically proof that she lacks the mental capacity to nurture the baby. Do try to read widely on postpartum depression, even watch YouTube videos on it Seek professional help as psychological therapy, would do her a lot of good. |
Cousin9999:They can, they can.....why is it not a reality and why has Nigeria remain overwhelming a country with poor people? A comfortable lifestyle more attainable in Nigeria, as in Nigerians in Nigeria are living with access to 24hrs electricity's? Tap running 24/7 ? Being paid living wages?, Access to quality health care? Enjoy well equipped educational institutions at all levels? Not living under fear of being kidnapped? Feeding is cheaper in comparison to the minimum wage? Let those who believe they have better chances in life in Nigeria, remain but they shouldn't diminish those who are also experiencing better chances abroad, it is not patriotism but envy. |
