Captain Marvel is overrated that I agree coupled with the fact it was a "not so great superhero movie"

Black panther was flat out overrated. Movie looked more like Nollywood with cool gadgets produced, written and directed by Ernest Obi.

Wonder Woman was overrated because it was the first female superhero movie but not as messy as Captain Marvel IMO. Its third act was the problem.

As a team, I prefer the Justice League to the Avengers
I prefer DC villains to Marvel villians (even though Dr. Doom is my overall favourite)
I LOVE Spider-Man and feel Batman is overrated
I LOVE the MCU & prefer it to the DCEU
I enjoy reading DC comics more than Marvel (Flash comics are my fav)
I'm a big fan of the X-Men franchise....
Basically when it comes to comics, i'm a DC fangirl. When it comes to the movies, i'm a Marvel fangirl....

Now you can see its hard for me to pick a side cos i honestly fancy them both

Why I love Marvel: Marvel focuses on their characters. Their personalities, their beliefs, their flaws and their triumphs. The problems they face as a nerdy kid with super powers or a scientist who becomes a monster. These characters are amazing in their own right, and then we get to their stories. They do amazing things and fight dangerous villains, they save people and grow more powerful, but at the end of the day, the story is more about the person doing it than the action done.

Why I love DC: DC focuses more on making things cool and spectacular and they're very excellent at it. They tell great stories of gods fighting each other. Of a man who can move faster than light and a ring that gives you the powers of anything you can imagine. They succeed at this too! DC has really cool comics and some of the things that their characters do will blow your mind, but opposite to marvel, it's a lot more about the action being done than the person doing it.

Just my two cents

Lol, how would u define smallville and The Dark Knight trilogy? Or christopher reeves and Henry Cavill superman films? Well, that's your point of view though. Am n0t saying i hate marvel or anything, i just can't fan them like i do DC. You've got to support one m0re than u do the other. That's how it works.

I tried being a fan of both but can't get used to marvel characters aside Peter Parker. I just find it hard to fan marvel. N0thing pers0nal though. I mean, how can one get used to a character like captain marvel or differentiate t0ny stark fr0m stephen strange when they have same characterizati0n?

Just wanted to point out that The Amazing Spiderman was not set in the MCU as opposed to Suicide Squad that is set smack dab in the DCEU, so changing actors for SS won't be as easy as it was for Spiderman.
