I wasn't expecting SA to slip to Benin. Maybe the slip I saw had to do with the deduction of 3 points. For now we just have to win even if na 1-0.

There is nothing lean about the midfield here
We have been dominating this game from the first minute
The boys are just finding it hard to score
Hopefully they will in the second half
this is just the matter here…we are finding hard to convert our chances period…we need to look for ways…those guys are very very careful with us

Proof that they know they did wrong....
bro leave all those yeye counter defensive argument they are doing on social media, they were just as careless as we were in 2018, finish…..if FIFA wanna be fair, that case is a big case that should attract fine and point deduction…….FIFA doesn’t even need to be bias in anyway just imagine we were leading Zambia with 1 or 2points in the 2018 series, oga them go deduct our point and zambia will qualify and there is nothing anybody will do…we go las las watch 2018 on Tv
anyways sha Lesotho FA has just officially submitted a petition against them

Guys lets go and finish off Zimbabwe , i love the way Beninoise kept mute all along this yellow card saga..its been dragging of different SA sport media and Nigeria…going round Benin sport Media they decided to be on a silent preparation….SA wont walk pass them anyhow im sure of that.
Genort Rohr win these guys and top the group or play draw against them, while Nigeria helps you to stop zimbabwe from catching up with you….This qualifiers like i have been saying since last year!!
WE
DIEEE
HEREEE🔥🔥🔥
deduct SA point or not, we will qualify from this group seh

And it seems we'll see new faces from Africa at the world cup

Most of the teams toping their groups na unexpected teams
Morocco is leading their group
CIV is leading their group
Ghana is Leading their group
Algeria is Leading their group
Tunisia is leading their group
Egypt is leading their group

Cameroon (Capeverde,Angola is their head ache, with just 1point trailing capeverde cameroon will overturn it and qualify from this group)

Nigeria(South Africa, Benin is our head ache, you see this group, even if they don’t deduct any point from SA, 9ja will qualify from this group)

Senegal(DRC,Sudan is their only headache, with just 2points gap Senegal will overcome them and qualify)

though only 9ja group looks tough now

I've confirmed the yellow cards from FIFA official match reports of those matches.

However should he have been suspended? That's murky and unclear to me
so why did they punish Nigeria for fielding shehu abdulahi na and deducting 3points from and awarding Algeria 3-0…we must loud am

I thought yellow cards are cancelled if they were not accumulated consecutively, or am I wrong?

First yellow was on match day1 and he didn't get another yellow on match day 2.

As Iwobi is on a yellow now, if he avoids another yellow against Zimbabwe today, automatically that previous yellow becomes invalid. Isn't that how it is done?

Someone who understands these rules better should look into this please, because we were punished for same reason enroute to 2018 world cup when Rohr fielded Shehu against Algeria in Algiers.
Shehu collected yellow against Swaziland in 2015 after about 5matches he got another one against zambia, we went ahead fielding him against algeria and we paid for it

Did South Africa field an ineligible player vs Lesotho?

Teboho Mokoena (Yellow Card 54 mins ) vs Benin- Match Day 1

Teboho Mokoena ( Yellow Card 52nd minute ) vs Zimbabwe -Match day 4

He should have been suspended for their game vs Lesotho, but he played. If confirmed, South Africa will be deducted 3 points.

Please let NFF, CAF, and FIFA know.

omo i think this should be looked into ooo, can we escalate this to necessary quarters, infact make i go look for NFF,CAF and FIFA websites email am to them😅😅😀….however i found an article backdated in 2019 that talks about yellow card offense, saying it has been amended to after 3yellow cards collected, but but that amendment is meant for CAF club competitions, i dont know wether it applies to the FIFA world cup qualifiers CAF…if it doesn’t and it still stand as suspension for two yellow cards then SA has violated that rule by fielding T.MOKOENA, their No.4 DM got two yellow card in this qualifying series
MD1: SA 2-1 Benin (Yellow card T.Mokoena no.4)
MD3: SA 3-1 Zimbabwe (Yellow card T.Mokoena no.4)
MD 4: Nig 1-1 SA (T.Mokoena no.4 was fielded without serving a match ban)
MD 5: SA 2-0 Lesotho (Mokoena still played)

omo in this qualifying series na every strategy we suppose use qualify oo, shebi it was zambian FA that spotted out our own violation in 2017 and reported us to CAF/FIFA that got our 3points deducted due to Shehu Abdullahi’s two yellow card offence..
Shehu got a yellow card in a world cup preliminary against Swaziland (Nig 2-0 Swaziland) in 2015 and also got another yellow card against Zambia in the main group stage qualifiers 2017(Nig 1-0) and was fielded against Algeria in the last qualifying match (Algeria 0-0 Nigeria) that got Nigeria fined, point deducted and 3-0 awarded to Algeria.

like this omo is not joke oo, they have to look into SA own abeg, if na SA discover this kind thing them go loud am.
abeg abeg abeg if found guilty sharp sharp, deduct them that 3point and award Lesotho with 3points not time abegggg!!😠😠😡😡

EXCEPT IF THE RULES HAS CHANGED OOOOO.

same tempo in our game against rwanda is what im expecting against Zimbabwe…zimbabwe will also try to win midfield against us just as Rwanda did… they are both of same strength…there previous game ended 0-0
