Also, the CDS is a full general while the COAS is a lieutenant general

In terms of Rank and Administrative Position yes, the CDS is Superior to the COAS & other service Chiefs in the Navy & Airforce.
However, in the area of operations, the COAS appears more powerful as it is the
COAS that command troops.
But if Nigeria is for instance, under Military Rule, the CDS is the third most Senior & powerful officer after the Military Head of State, his 2IC.

Of Defence Staff (CDS) is more or less an administrative position. The CDS does not cammand troops.
But no hope is lost, at least they now have someone that can ask some questions in the face of the continuous killings in Southern Kaduna

Well, the Southeast displayed this logic during the civil war and Obi is doing it again in court. I guess the people they elevate to leadership positions in that area are mentally lacking in that area.

What happened to having an evidence already in hand which contradicts whatever evidence INEC refuses to release so comparison can be made in court??

In that situation, it's the court that will request for the documentation which INEC has no choice but to obey.

Nigeria does not have decent internet all over the country. Even me, when I join meetings on Zoom atimes, sometimes I get logged out because bad network...and I live in one of our main cities!

BVAS was brought in because of far too many contests over elections. The problem is, it uses internet...and in most rural areas, internet is either bad, non existent, or 2g internet which was what we used....17 years ago.

The problem with Nigerian elections is, at the end, they are only fair if 'my candidate wins'.

Anyway, we wait till the court process is over.

The senior pastor of Awaiting The Second Coming of Christ Ministry, Adewale Giwa, has urged the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, to find something else to do instead of waiting for justice at the Election Petition Tribunal.
