Politics › Re: Why Mailafia Will Not Honour Police Invitation – Legal Team by Minjim: 6:37pm On Aug 24, 2020 |
Patrioticman007: There is an adage in Hausa language " Baki yana yanka wuya". Nigerian police force has the constitutional right to invite & arrest anybody in Nigeria, while its for the court to determine the innocence of the accused.
He must mention that Governor's name sponsoring Boko haram to the world, no more fake news, we are waiting. He's already on bail. Let me correct your Hausa adage if you are referring to our Constitution and not Sharia law. It's only the court that has the right to issue a warrant of arrest. If the police suspect someone has committed a crime, they approach the court with some evidence (not necessarily beyond reasonable doubt evidence) subsequently, a judge will issue a warrant of arrest on the said person. |

If this man has committed any crime under our constitution, simply arrest him. Else, what's all these plethora of invitation meant to achieve ? |

Badgers14: in the real world, the camera man will receive some accolades..
In Nigeria he is redeployed.. watch out.. he will lose his job soon..
Shameful!!! Accolades for doing what? Why can't he release the full conversation? Why is the video only about arrest? Why are some of us shallow thinkers in this country? Just cos we hate someone doesn't we mustn't scrutinized negative news about them . What I saw in that video can't be taken anywhere to incriminate anybody |

I don't see any thing incriminating in that incoherent conversation at all.

Most Nigerian ministries are messed up. Some, no audit for the past 5 years. Audit that should occur quarterly. My landlord, who is now a pensioner, with two houses in Lagos and Abuja said when he worked in the Nigerian Military has an internal auditor, whenever he goes to audit the top officers will call him into a room and give him an already prepared audit. In his words, they'll say, " if you love yourself and your family, take this and go. "
Since he loves himself and his family he usually does exactly. And they always greased his palms abundantly. |

darfay: The difference between Igbo and Yoruba owned businesses is packing and the Yorubas ofc know how to do that better.
See how clean and luxury ish their workshop and sales outlet looks compared to innoson. That alone can provoke sales on the notion of buying quality and luxury rather than innoson that seems to provoke sale out of pity or solely on the ground of nationalism
Look at the difference between Aba made shoes usually packed in potatoe sack as compared to the one's Yoruba guys make on IG with shoe box. It's no wonder the Yoruba own might have a smaller share but definitely serves a wealthier portion of the marketing, creating a sustainable brand.
Igbos should focus on packaging and innovation and then, they can truly dominate the economy as they like to claim
Op, what you posted as reactions are extremely one sided. A lot of foreigners condemned Nord like A looot for their lack of creativity in name choice. Why would they even name it Nord? Which is too similar to Ford a very established player in the same Industry or maybe the founder is Henry Nord Let's stop this. There are enough competition outside Nigeria for us to worry about. Just look at the way SAs are hating on it. They are not even happy. I wonder why? |
