How did u come to the conclusion that " Nigerian men are nuts for foreign women or anything of that imitation"?.

What research did you do that provea that nigerian men prefer light skinned ladies?

Did British colonialista force wigs weavon and extensions on Nigerian ladies during the colonial era?
There is no way the ladies are wearing the wig if the guys don't find it attractive. It is simple demand and supply, how they find it attractive is what I am concerned, you can like whatever you want so long as you understand the pros and willing to bear the cons. The problem is that I don't think we as a civilisation understand the pros and cons of lifestyle choice and also the the real motivations behind it

It's idealist but may not be easy to achieve. The idea behind wig wearing among Nigerian women has a lot to do with the mainstream standard of beauty in our society and how we see ourselves, which stems from our colonial upbringing. Some of our current beauty standards are influenced by the West and the media. Subconsciously we look up to the west when it comes to matters like this, especially appearance. To many anything African equates backwardness.
Our culture plays a big role in this too. Wigs and some of these foreign hairstyles are expensive, and having the latest wig or bone-straight is a sign of affluence for some women.
Again, Nigerian men are nuts for foreign women or anything of that imitation - why do you think many of them prefer "fair" women with straight hair flowing below their shoulders? In order to attract an ideal man some women go far as bleaching their skin, putting on wigs and fake lashes to imitate western beauty.
I agree with you 100%. It is going to be Difficult to effect such change because it has been programmed into the subconscious. Also it will probably take years to change and maybe economic growth similar to the west before we realise. I don't think it is bad by itself just the indirect consequences it has on our economy, the way we think and what we prioritise in life as a people

Wearing wigs has nothing to do with mental slavery. Not every woman is blessed with a great natural hair and seeking for alternative solutions isn't out of place.
Yeah I agree, but I still think we need to embrace our culture more especially if we want to hasten economic growth. It is actually mental slavery not just to the ladies but also the guys that admire it. Am not saying it is bad but these things contribute to the way we view the world and affect our decision subconsciously. Changing it or making people aware of it might change the society(I think it will do) in more positive ways than we think. For example, it might be a more effective way of improving the country than trying to vote in the right leader in an election

Yawns. Start a no wig movement indeed.
Let's pretend every black woman has same hair type like foreigners that is lengthy and easy to manipulate. So asides waking by 4am everyday to jump danfo, she has to dedicate minutes to arrange her hair. Hair that would shrink and lose moisture in seconds.

Wig is a turn off indeed. From the same gender that would make money and start running after girls with eyelashes like batman's wings.
True, but I still think we as Africans need to start embracing our culture more and try to modernize it and rethinking the way we make our hair and hairstyles is one of the ways to do it especially since In my opinion, the western culture has been on a downward spiral for the better part of a century now

Good evening.
Just ignore him. I have read your comments on this issue and to be honest you make a lot of sense. But being biased to a particular way of thinking won't make people understand that two or more things can be true at the same time. We need to generate more money so that even if we want to loot it at least we will have a lot to loot and also find creative ways like you said to discourage corruption and looting.

I totally agree. MFF committed serious fraud. I read through the indictment letter from CFTC. I'm really shocked. How does a genuine company float their own broker and liquidity provider? It's just textbook fraud. You fix prices and doctor slippages and swap fees at will. Even commissions paid on trade. They were more or less playing in the field and yet still referees. Imagine Sport betting sites owning all the football teams they offer odds for. They will easily fix games to suit their financial model. It's exactly what MFF has been doing. OMG!

To say I'm shocked is an understatement. The matter has really weakened me. To even place a trace on my prop challenge account don tire me. What's the essence of going through the stress of analysis when the company can easily doctor price spikes and what-not to take out traders. The system is just too corrupt. I trusted MFF gan!

The probability of MFF coming back is almost nil. Best case scenario, they will float a new company and the circle continues.

It's not surprising that situations like this were inevitable for large proprietary trading firms like FTMO. The key issue is that if they don't engage in practices like "b-booking" trades or manipulating prices, the cost of their evaluation challenges would have to be higher due to a higher pass rate or a lower profit split percentage. Looking ahead, as regulations become more robust and the dust settles, proprietary trading firms are likely to become more transparent, and the fees for their evaluation programs may increase. Essentially, this business model relies on most traders failing because if all trades were placed in the real market, these firms would incur significant losses since the challenge fee is only a small fraction of the drawdown limit. This doesn't necessarily mark the end of proprietary trading firms; rather, they are now reaching a size where regulators are taking notice. Given the continued demand for such services, they will likely find a way to adapt and continue to operate.

Is it not Ironical when a trader is steadily rolling out understandable and realistic statistics on how to govern a huge state like Nigeria, then a supposedly first class graduate of accountant rhetorically asked “na statistics we go chop?”

I ask again,,

Does Emilokan know the meaning of GDP?
Who is more qualified. Trader or accountant to understand economics and make the best decision. Obviously this doesn't make sense since leadership is more than your academic qualifications but since you decide to think this way, one can also bring this angle

Achivements are not hidden, everyone can see, someone who said he will dig 44 borehole in one year served 8 years and the total borehole is not up to 20, btw 44 multiply by 8 is 352 in case you don't know.

It should go to them because they are innovative.

If igbos were in power, Nigeria would have been the biggest production country in Africa.

I've worked with many Nigerians, igbos operates on a different level and I give it to them.
For the same reason the south east is the most developed region in Africa or even Nigeria for that matter. Going against reality usually doesn't end well
