Recently, Femi Otedola‘s daughter, Temi graduated from High School and the family has stepped out to celebrate
together.

The 19-year-old fashionista shared a photo in her graduation gown on Instagram and captioned ‘I made it! Officially a graduate of The American School London! Uni I’m coming for ya #london #graduate #blogger’

Temi is the youngest daughter of Nigerian oil magnate, and sister to rising disk Jockey – DJ Cuppy and singer WuMi.

However, Temi isn’t in the world of music like her sisters. She has a fashion blog called JTO as an expression of her fashion, art and photography adventures to various destinations including Paris, New York and Milan.

Temi posted photos from the family moment on her blog as she celebrated with close friends and family.

Her sister Florence ‘Cuppy’ Otedola and mother, Nana Otedola were also at the event.

Comedian Basketmouth got everyone on Instagram talking this afternoon with his newly released hilarious photos seems he is coming out with a new concept.

Known for top notch comedy and hilarious skits, the funny man took to his Instagram page to post pictures of how he will look like when he turns 90 with funny captions to match each photo.

The most hilarious of the picture was the one he took with an old woman costume with two white girls taking a picture with him. You will definitely doubt this is Basket. Or is he trying to do a Bruce Jenner?

“I’ve always wondered how I would look like if I was an older not too good looking woman with 2 white daughters. You can now call me ‘Mama Gladys’” If not for his dreads one would definitely doubt if the person in these photos is Basketmouth.

When the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) was launched during the administration of the former governor, Rasheed Fashola, Lagosians were happy that their endless wait in traffic were
over.

Little did they know that they would have to endure hours of waiting before getting to board a BRT bus to their various destination.

Two operators are offering their services to the Lagos BRT. NURTW Cooperative and LAGBUS. LAGBUS is an Asset Management Company owned by the Lagos State government.

Well, they say a picture is worth more than a thousand words.

on Saturday, June 6.

I learnt about the incident 3 days ago as I received the photos of Akpanika Frampton Hope’s body from his fellow corp members in Whatsapp. I was quite surprised that after 3 days (the tragedy occured on Saturday, June 6) there were no official report
from the police, and, moreover, Hope’s parents were yet to be informed about his death. Hope’s murder could have become one of the many similar unreported incidents, but I decided to embark on an investigation to make the story public and help to
bring those guilty to book.

Akpanika Frampton Hope came from Calabar, Cross River state. He studied geophysics at Cross River University of Science and Technology and was assigned to Christ the Saviour Secondary
School, Ezehu Umuhu Okwuato autonomous community, Aboh Mbaise local government area, Imo state, under the auspices of the NYSC.

Akpanika Frampton Hope According to Hope’s fellow corp members helping me in my investigation, he was a sociable and lively person, the life and soul of the party. As for the rumours of Hope’s having relationship with his student (a probable reason of his murder), they couldn’t make any comments as they never visited him at home.

When I arrived, Ezehu Umuhu community was silent as a graveyard. I suspected many could flee for fear of being arrested by the police. The only neighbor that gave me audience after speaking Igbo to her identified herself simply as Mama Chioma. She said corper Akpan did not interact much with the neighbors due to language barriers, but she used to charge her phone at his place when he put on his generator. Mama Chioma said she would
miss Hope since the deceased was always friendly and had never quarrelled with anyone.

According to Mama Chioma, Hope’s body was discovered at about 9 p.m. last Saturday at his apartment. The neighbours became curious when they discovered that the door was open, but Akpan
was not seen around the premises. They entered the apartment and found Hope’s lifeless body with his legs tied on the floor in a pool of blood.

I further found out that Apkan was last seen at about 4 p.m. on that fateful day. The neighbours found Hope’s body on the floor at his apartment The shabby apartment that Hope had occupied and where the murder had taken place was padlocked by the CID personnel investigating the crime.

The apartment of the late Akpanika Frampton Hope in Ezehu Umuhu Okwuato autonomous community, Aboh Mbaise LGA, Imo state Later on I followed the NYSC team to the apartment
of the Nze of the community. The Nze pleaded the community should not be painted bad for it was not proven that one of them committed the murder. He also claimed he would cooperate with the investigating team to make sure the culprits
were brought to book.

Meanwhile, director general of the NYSC, General Johnson Olawumi, appealed to the security agencies, traditional rulers and the good people of Imo state to do everything within their power
to safeguard lives and property of corps members deployed to their state. He also warned the NYSC would not allow criminals to continue threatening its operations by mindless and senseless killings of corp members serving the nation.

Fatai Kolawole, a 400 level student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) slumped and died earlier this week during a football match organized by his department.

The young man who was studying Chemical Engineering was said to have collapsed in the middle of the pitch and was immediately rushed to the University health centre.

According to his colleague, the officials at the health centre asked the students who had brought him to take him to Bowen Hospital, Ogbomoso which was a few miles away from the campus and a nurse was assigned to accompany them. The ambulance was
requested for but was not provided because the driver had gone to buy food.

The colleague continued: “On our way, we were stopped by the SARS (Special anti-robbery Squad) we tendered our urgency and they helped us clear the way to Bowen Hospital, when we got there he was rushed inside the emergency ward with news
only reaching us outside that the Doctor has certified him dead.

We got back to Health center to report situation of things, when we met the Doctor-in- charge (named withheld) who said Fatai was dead even before we brought him from the field. That was a big lie, i was the one who carried him in my arms inside the
health center and i am very sure he was still gasping for air, fighting for his dear life”.

The University declared three day mourning in honour of the deceased and expressed sympathy to the family.

The students, led by the President of the Student Union, Bakare Solace however embarked on a peaceful protest as a way of showing their dissatisfaction at the way the issue was handled.

Recently, Two students of a university in Anambra state reportedly died in a hostel room located not far from the school.
