I worked as an APO I during the elections and we were advised to transmit our results to the server from time to time in case the card reader breaks down...

Inec have server and if the result you have written down doesn't correspond to that of the server, the polling unit is to be cancelled...

If this process was followed in every part of Nigeria, the election would have been free and fair.. But no... many parts of the north voted manually and that gave them enough chance to rig..

If you have no idea about something, it's better you educate yourself before coming out to spew thrash....

You should Speak the truth with facts...

If you read the Inec handbook, as an APO I, you will be educated on the card reader and Inec server... In my polling unit we strictly adhered to this..
