Innoson has put fear in them. Now they will ressurect PAN and make it their official car. Imagine if Innoson were Dangote, government would have banned importation of cars completely because of him.

Every local government in Imo State has at least two Innoson vehicles. I urge other South East governors to patronize Innoson products. I bet the rise of Innoson is the major reason for calling Dangote to invest in PAN. The same thing happened to Ibeto and Slok Airways...

He has actually shown commitment to his campaign. You don't really expect him to get everything from Nigeria because of his campaign. He may have struck a better deal outside, or even signed a precontract agreement before starting his naira campaign.

I am responding to you because of the manner in which you replied. I agree my earlier argument was inferior because I actually know about publishing in Nigeria. That said, I feel he published with the company that offered him a better deal plus good marketing structure.

Don't be so quick to disparage what "they teach you at business school".

Most of the economic models propounded today originated from these same business schools via intelligent instructors who worked out the theories, conceptualised them and implemented them in the known world.

Now, some of these models were product of economic situations in the world that needed fixing. None just happened out of thin air. Practical economic happenings informed learned minds poring over the issue thus birthing most of the economic models you have today and they do work as they are being tinkered with everyday in the.light of extant developments.

I am not disparaging it, even if I may have sounded so. But some people just quote theories from textbooks to real situations whether they are applicable or not.

People should know that it takes real hard work and experience for an Igbo man to rise to this level without significant government help. Uba knows the scarcity is artificial, and I believe he knows those behind it and they also know him. So his statement has put some fear in them because they know what he's capable of.
