good day everyone. please I have a question for my USA nurses or someone who is in the process.

I applied for ATT for NCLEX because I thought ATT lasts for 6months, whereas it expires in 90 days. My question is, if this ATT expires, hope I can pay for a new one without having to start my application all over? Hope I wont be penalized if I did not write my NCLEX within this ATT period? I cant write NCLEX because my passport is expired and the next available bate for renewal is far off.

secondly, someone advised me to register with an agency or direct hire even before writing NCLEX as I plan to write NCLEX in January. is this advisable? if yes, what is the best Agency or Direct hire for a family of 3 ( me, hubby and child), regarding green card, good pay and fast immigration process.

thanks in advance

Canadian system is on individual basis. For the nursing pathway, you have to go through NNAS, it will evaluate your work experience, qualifications and education and then compare it to Canadian standard. It doesnt matter if it is distance learning or online as far as you have the transcript, syllabus and curriculum for it.

For immigration, I can talk about the express entry, I dont know abt work permit, maybe odas can be of help

Looks like you know more about the Canada process. Can you add me on watsapp? So we can communicate easier as I need help. 08130606930. ThaNk you

[quote author=rabola1 post=118360328]What do you need

Everything please. First, I did distance learning for my BNSc. Will this be acceptable for Canada, I have RN and BNSc. If yes, how do I go about the processing? All the information I gathered is confusing.

Someone told me I have to be in Nigeria to start the Canada processing because it needs attention, how true is this as I am currently not in Nigeria.

Thanks

He is not a student. He is applying for dependent visa and there is no official urgency. It a personal urgency. We really wish to apply for visa dis month or next month.

Oh.
Thank you.

Thanks for this. I know what to do now.

giselle237:

A)Submit the marriage certificate and any other documents including pictures, chats, call logs etc to substantiate the genuinety of your relationship. You need to prove this to the case worker.
B)U will need to provide a police certificate for any country within the last 10 years. If UAE was one of them u will need to, check online. There are ways to obtain police cert without going back into the country. If after several trials you are unable to get it then fill that information on the form with the reason. There is a place that asks if there are any serious reasons if getting such a certificate will be difficult and why.
C)Will his previous application affect this one now, only on grounds of misrepresentation yes. Otherwise if that visa was strictly a visit visa and filled appropriately then I see no reason why this one will be denied.
D)As a married woman, what substantiates ur marriage is your marriage certificate and any other proofs of marriage. You do not need to change your maiden name to his for the sake of his application. You are allowed to bear any name you want to bear even while married. The UKVI will not frown on your application due to maiden name. They never do

Good evening everyone.
Please I need help from anyone who has gone through this.

I got married when I got a job in the UK. My court wedding was in the morning and I left for the UK that same day at night. My concerns is, when I was applying for visa, I put unmarried partner in my relationship status. Now, I want to bring my partner over, my fear is, hope our marriage won't be an issue because of the time of marriage.

Also, about our different surnames, I am the wife already in the UK, will I need to do a change of name to my husband's? Even though all my documents and COS carries my maiden name. Do we need a change of name?

He also applied for tourist visa around January this year but was denied because his funding is insufficient, will that affect his visa application this time?

Thirdly, he was a Dubai resident , stayed there for about 5yrs but he does not have police certificate from Dubai. He can't go back now because his resident is expired. Must he submit both Dubai and Nigeria police clearance or he can make do with Nigeria own, even though, his Dubai resident is reflecting in his passport?

Any ideas or advice?

Please, when and how did you secure a job?

LinkedIn, Agent, or TracJobs?

I applied on NHS job, trac jobs, indeed and direct application to trust HR. The job I secured was from NHS and trac jobs. It took a while though!

What type of visa are you applying for? Depends on the visa type, could be 15 working days for visitor's visa to 6 months for settlement

It's health and care visa, under shortage occupation list. I have to resume work by 15th but I didn't get an earlier TB date which inturn delay my visa application. Am just worried if I would be able to meet up with the 15th. I was even thinking of paying for priority visa but I didn't get the option when I wanted to pay for visa. I hope I will get a decision before the 15th though.

Please, how long does UK visa decision takes? I know the official waiting time is 15 working days, but for those who have gone through the process, how long does it really take, realistically? I am working with a timeframe.

If you couldn't book fir a date and it's getting late just go there and gate crashed (go and see a representative) or what is it called? Print your offer letter and evidence to prove its urgent.

You "MAY" be attended to.

Hello

I Registered for an IELTS for the Enugu centre. I just read somewhere that for UK Visa I need to sit for my IELTS at an UKVI test location(Lagos and Abuja). I need to know if UK Visa people also accepts IELTS academics taken in other centres
please sir don't confuse yourself. if you need IELTS UKVI for the Visa u r processing, then you need to book for IELTS UKVI. IELTS have three type of test, IELTS UKVI, IELTS academic, IELTS general.. so book the one that is required for the Visa u r processing.
